Interesting. Here's the version I downloaded first off the website; the one that didn't work: chirp-next-20240404-installer It's not installed, so that is the name of the download file. Looks like yours is a month older.

I didn't see much difference between versions, at least with the versions I've installed. As long as one of them works I'm good.

I did load one of the new radios with the provided GMRS-FRS files. Boom, all 22 channels in place. And I did apply for a GMRS license, to go with my Amateur Extra.

I added a link to my post. You did do the FACTORY reset thingy with the 3 buttons, right? They come locked out for tx on some frequencies.

I guess the Camden and Newark branches of the "Juan, Jose & DeShawn Armory" might see a sales increase with Biden''s assclownery.

A truck driver who worked for my company told me how easy is is to buy a stolen gun in Camden!  He said they actually cost more than legal guns at a gun store and the price does come down depending on how many bodies the gun has on it.  They actually keep track of that!

He said a plain old Glock 9mm that never killed anyone goes easily for $1,200 bucks whereas, the same Glock with 3 bodies on it would go for $600. He has a couple he picked up and he is a convicted Felon!

    Don't mess with Idaho moms!

Note that the perp had her handcuffed to a chair and she was still able to retrieve her .357 and shoot him twice.

WoW!  85 freaking years old and was able to drag herself, while handcuffed to a chair to her bedroom to retrieve her .357 magnum and dragged herself back to where the perp left her. Shot the perp twice and he emptied his 9mm into her! Perp died in the kitchen and she spent 10 hours laying on the floor having been shot multiple times and thank God she survived!

She is one tough old lady, may God bless her!

"she made the decision that it was "now or never," drew her gun and struck Condon with two shots.

"Condon returned fire emptied a 9mm pistol into Christine striking her multiple times in her abdomen, leg, arm and chest," the document states. "Condon then went into the adjoining kitchen where he died from his wounds."

Jenneiahn fell to the floor while still handcuffed, and was there for about 10 hours before her son found her and gave her a phone to call 911. Deputies arrived at approximately 12:17 p.m. and provided lifesaving measures."

I take it that this  was a part of that debate?

Yes.  I watched the entire thing and it was good as it allowed me to get into Hogg's head! (A very scary place!) I found his thought processes to be 99% nonsensical and he had no true statistics to back him up!  He definitely lost the argument overall and if I had it to do all over again, I would choose not to have wasted those 2 hours of my life!

Do you test every primer before seating it too?

The primer is the one variable we have no control over.  I use only CCI primers and I am a maniac about where and how they are stored! That's the best anyone can do since factory ammo primers are also not tested either before seating every bullet!

The supposed headers aren't even notched into the supports. The bolts are supporting all the weight.

I sent the picture to my brother who is a building inspector/code official and asked "what is wrong with this?"

He responded with only one word, "everything!"

  7.       I actually trust my reloads more than I do factory ammo!  I visually check the presence and amount of powder in each casing before I insert the bullet.  I have an auto powder drop stage on my press but I don't use it and never will!  Sure, it adds more time to the reload process but I will never have a squib round in my reloads whereas with any factory ammo, you just can't know!  Is it rare, yes.  In a defensive situation,  a squib stuck in your barrel is the end for you!

As to factory ammo, I just now ordered 5 boxes of Hornady Critical Duty at $25 per box of 50 rounds.  Cheapest I have seen in eons!:)

I just picked up 2000 105 Grain Federal Guard Dog Projectiles.  Loaded with 5.5 Grains Winchester Autocomp they rock.

Nice find!  They stopped making these a while back I think!  I got lucky and bought a crap ton of those bullets in .45 cal.

I would love to get some in 9mm. Anymore in stock where you got them? I may never use the .45 heads I have since I carry only 9mm these days!:)

    Good day ,

I’ m moving to NJ pretty soon and just wanted to get some clarification on my firearms especially with rifles( .223 and  .22) . I was trying to do some research but it wasn’t clear to me, so. Are semi-automatic rifles legal or not ?

I’m as long as my firearms were obtained legally in another state I should be good to go, but I don’t understand their definition when it comes to the rifles.

Thank you in advanced and please excuse my ignorance !

A better description of the rifles would be helpful.
