    Mine was ready in like 2 weeks.  I'm not going to do a thing until and if as you said, they change the interim requirements yet again!

    Some people looked for the easiest COF they could find, I however chose an instructor who is very well known in the law enforcement community and I was lucky to pass having not been to a range in over 3 years!:lol:

    I would say it's absolutely up to your instructor!  If he say's the COF he gave you qualifies under the new standards then you are good to go. If he lies about it. It's his ass on the line, not yours....A certified instructor says you are good then you are!

    My instructor also spent a lot of time going over gun safety and use of deadly force and gave us a bunch of paperwork detailing both subjects.  I believe he mentioned that we were not required to take the classes but said he would not pass anyone who did not!

    Reach out to your instructor and ask him if you are good to go or need to requalify. We shot out to 25 and we had holsters. The qualification I took was same as what they want now except I did not have to kneel.

    That said, I don't know how any officer would be able to tell which permit holders had already met the new requirements when they first applied, know who re-did their quals with the updated standard, and which permit holders did not do a qual that meets the new standards.   Are they issuing (re-issuing) new permits that look different now?  

    I am certain that nobody will question my instructor's word since he most likely authored the new requirements!

    Why would I or anyone else look at the post Dec 2022 law and beleive we applied under it when it's ammendments didn't exist? 

    I believe the courts will throw these new requirements in the unconstitutional trash bin!

    I have a NJ permit to carry! I will disclose to any officer, if I am approached, that I have a CCW and I have a handgun in my possession. If I am not carrying at that time, I have nothing to disclose!

    If I "ONLY" have long guns , unloaded in my trunk, I will NOT disclose, but will not lie if asked if I am in possession of any firearms.

    @High Exposure I could use a little help here!

    I believe it!  I use Terro liquid ant baits and after a few scouts find it, you have thousands eating and taking it back to kill the entire colony!

    The only problem was, I saw the ants in a kitchen cabinet and placed the bait in there. The next morning I heard my wife screaming! We had a black army of thousands of ants making their way to and from the bait.  It was something out of a nightmare.

    Needless to say, I am no longer allowed to place them in the house!:rofl:

    Buy some Conquer and a 2 gallon sprayer.  You can do the whole house in about an hour.  Get some Advance ant bait and a few bait holders and stick the in the ground around the house.  The kill themselves this way by taking the bait back to the colony.  Spray the perimeter with the Conquer.

    I have had great luck with Demand CS also.  Both are available on Amazon and are frequently used by professional exterminators.
