You would have to speak with your FFL. The plug would need to be pinned or glued somehow to make it compliant before the FFL can release the gun to you.

Put a plug in the tube.

Clearly, .22LR will not feed nor function from standard .223 mags. You need the mags that come with the conversion kit! Try it yourself!

But since you're always right about the law, I do feel better about carrying now.
You are good to go!

Not if I buy it from my LGS. My LGS charges $70 plus NICS for a transfer so I would avoid the transfer fee just to buy it from him.

I'm not buying but it's a smoking deal on a rig that gets' good reviews (except the bolt)
Not really! I could buy the stripped Anderson lower for about $60 from my LGS with no $70 transfer fee. Then order a lower parts kit, muzzle brake, stock and complete upper for about $400. I can do my own compliance work and have a crappy but custom AR15 for less than $500.
I would rather buy once and cry once and have a quality rifle that I can trust not to fail on me at the wrong time!

Great deal but it has a 30 round mag that PA could refuse to ship to the PRNJ and the rifle has an A2 birdcage that the FFL doing the transfer would have to replace, so your FFL would need to have a gunsmith. Between the transfer fee and compliance work this may not be so worth doing in the end.

Hershey needs to fight this and file a frivolous lawsuit complaint against this idiot and sue her for legal fees!

If you want the steaks uniform with clean cuts, partially freeze the meat until just firm. Makes the whole process easier and cleaner.

A great choice at a fantastic price!

I believe Hornady has already done that performance test for you! Defense was designed to perform better in a short barrel and Duty for the longer one found in full size pistols.
Look at the expansion with the Defense, Duty sucks in that test!

Thank you! You're very welcome! In fact, just today I got an email just this afternoon from my PD with the following instruction for my 2 P2Ps that took 2 freaking months for them to approve!.
"Once payment is received, you will receive an email from the NJ State Police in one or two days with instructions on printing your permits."
-
FID, P2P and CCW are all electronic and you print it yourself. No hard copies anymore so you can stop checking the mail!

When I go by that way, I will make it a point to stop by and tell them I was going to buy a pair of glasses today, but due to that sign....Oh well!

1. What target is used for the live fire test/qual?
2. Are you still only allowed to carry the gun you test/qual with or are you allowed to carry whatever you want?
Edit: I just saw there is a dedicated forum for CCW. Mods please move to appropriate forum.
!. FBI Q target
2. Any gun you legally own can be carried.

A coupler is neither a magazine nor a gun part. Not concerned in the least!

PTC's are turning over within 30 days in my town.
My PTC took 3 weeks. My P2Ps have been 2 months with no word! It seems they are in a hurry to issue CCWs and screw the FIDs and P2Ps!

were you able to get some yet? If not, I would be happy to print a few for you.

Around $7,000.00 used at auction if you can find one! It's way too heavy and ugly for me!
What is your lead mitigation protocol?

Gun for hire has excellent ventilation so I don't see where you or your clothing are being exposed to unsafe levels of lead. Anthony @gunforhire can you please chime in here regarding lead levels at your range?
