Since we've veered off topic a bit, I admit I have expressed dissatisfaction with unethical behavior towards the 2A. If it seems to have a political bent it's because our politicians seem to be responsible for most of that behavior. I also lurked as a guest for awhile, and found out early on that I would need a thick skin in dealing with this 'eclectic' group, what other site has a gazillion threads of porkoll vs. ham posts eventhough anyone with one iota of intelligence knows it's porkroll. And now Siderman goes and throws 'pepper stuff' into the mix, it's long hots for the win by the way. I agree that we should be gentle with newbies, except for the smug, arrogant ones, and personal attacks should never be tolerated. However, like much in life, I try to separate the wheat from the chaff and see this site for the wealth of information and support I have received over the years. But I still miss guys like Bob (and the photos of his gorgeous weekly acquisitions).

Yeah, I get it. Can't imagine anyone would think that someone unscrupulous enough to steal and loot would be honest enough to report said illegal gains on their tax return, let alone even do a return.

Thanks Brklynracer, just wasted a 1/2 hr I won't get back. Did a more exhaustive search, the goobledegook these laws contain is outstanding. Seems this has been around since Al Capone. I guess I have to claim the $1 fake college ring I lifted from Tracy's 5 and 10 when I was 12 on my next return. Oh the shame.

Congrats Redeye65. My GP100 SS 5" was the first of the 2 revolvers I own, and a definite favorite of my meager collection. Put a green Hi Viz and Chig's grips on it. Just Flitzed the internals, put in some shims and changed some springs. Can't wait to get back to the range. I'm sure you'll be pleased adding a 1911 too.

True that Viden's been against concealed carry (fudd perspective?), although he did come out against Sweeney in regards to 10 round magazine limit. I don't believe the two issues are different since the 2A should be across the board, no restrictions.

Not sure where in central NJ you are, but I got my prints inked at the Mercer County Sheriff's Office in Trenton no charge. Used the cards I got from FL, just call for an appointment. They were very supportive and accommodating.

Like gleninjersey, I was mowing the lawn when it got dark and the thunder rolled in, I hate not finishing something once I start. After the third lightening strike I figured it wasn't such a good idea to be holding the metal handle of the mower so I brought it in the garage to wait it out. Once the heavy rain started I went and took a shower, did I mention I hate not finishing the job?

Like Krdshrk said, what's your intended purpose? I have a Crossbreed minituck for my Shield 45 and after a week or so break-in it's pretty comfortable and conceals well.

Think I saw a truck with Guatemalan license plates pull up to the Bd. of Elections bldg. in Trenton and drop off 250,000 mail-in ballots for the Smurph. Going to be tough taking another four years of idiocy. Ever wonder why all the last to be counted mail in ballots always put the dems over the top when it's close?

I am able to sign in, but as soon as I switch to another forum I have to sign in again. I also have trouble sending pms or posting replies, I have to keep going back to sign in. Sometimes I am able to post replies or send pms after multiple attempts. Never happened before, happening now on my tablet and desktop pc. Sometimes after trying to post I get a notice saying my previous content has been restored. I click the x and it sends the post. Help!
