What are some favorite 22 pistols you like for extra reps sincr 9mm prices are disgusting at the moment? Im looking at the ppq 22 since i have a ppq match and figure its a similar set up, trigger etc. Ultimately looking for something relatively reliable (dont want to clear a jam every magazine). Would also like to keep around 500.

This is true, i doubt ill get to the level of some of these guys. I definitely like to compete against myself though!

I shot a steel challenge a couple weeks ago ( i wasnt terribly competitive). I overheard some guys talking about a penalty for not having a holster, starting in the ready with a 9mm. The goal was to shoot 5 steal targets, the stop plate being last. As far as terms go, a run (string) is 1 part of a stage? So if im understanding what you're saying, each run has 2 seconds added. So essentially 8 seconds to each stage correct?

I was told its a 3 second penalty for no holster. Is that per round or per string? Also any tips?

Update: fedex took it with no problem. I declared it a handgun and so far so good. Fingers crossed

I'll find out in a bit, heading over to fed ex soon. Yeah but id rather them not lose my gun ! Lol honestly you would think they would've ran a few rounds through the gun to make sure it worked before sending it back.

They gave me a shipping label for fed ex (since theres no reason its malfunctioning the day i received it.

It does. Cajun gun works sent me a shipping label. I may just send it back to get repaired. I cant seem to find tje thread on shipping guns again but they said 2 days with fed ex is legal, any imput?

Just came in here to debunk some myths happening in this thread. Meal timing isnt terribly important , at the end of the day its calories in vs calories out. Its thermodynamics, its that simple. As far as the quality of calories for weight loss that also isn't terribly important. If you wanted to you could lose weight eating mcdonalds and snickers bars. You may feel like crap, but you will lose weight as long as you're under you're caloric maintnance. As far as timing goes, Look into intermittent fasting Iifiym (if it fits in your macros) Both essentially state that if you're below the amount of calories your body burns you will lose weight. With that said, satiation and hunger will go away with higher fibrous foods and lean proteins. Its healthier to eat those a long with complex carbs.

Tried magazines and they work fine with my shadow. Trigger job does include a change in recoil sprimgs and for whatever reason they didn't ship back the original.

This malfunctiom actually happens occasionally if i load it and just close the slide as well. No new barrel Only about 2 k rounda through it No bushing. I oiled it up pretty well before shooting today so i dont know if thats it either. Tried multiple magazines as well. Im starting to think it was an installation issue.

Recently got my cz 75 back from cajun gun works (birthday gift from the wifey). It seems to have an issue feeding. Is this a potential spring issue? In either case they're sending me a shipping label to fix it but i was curious if this is something i could do myself before sending it back.
