Just finished the online written portion of this. What's involved with the field test? I just want my license for range access. Pretty much just need a pulse?

Next available orientation for Old Bridge is in May. I picked the wrong time to get into this. Oh well, shoulder surgery next week so I'll be shelved for a bit anyway.

I've gone through the website, but am not sure if the weekend events are open to the public. I'd like to take a look with the wife and kids if possible. I see events on the calendar, but no indication if they are public or only for members and their guests. Anyone know?

Just bought an M&P 15 from Chris of Tactical Concepts. Great guy, smooth transaction and happy to answer my questions. I'm a newbie and he made me feel comfortable. Would recommend him to anyone. (Says the new guy in his first post.)
