    What is the see Court order about I don't get how they can say they are giving you an unrestricted permit by not checking restrictions and then say see court order for restrictions is there anything off the wall on the court order ??

    I got a phone call asking for my email address so they can give me a zoom hearing 2 weeks later got another email stating that it will be an in court appearance required New Jersey only wants the money but does not want to give out the freedoms What are the stipulations on the court order I don't know how they can give you a permit and say it is not restricted but then Mark off see court order basically for restrictions

    Congratulations I have to see that same judge next month don't know what to expect did you have to go to court or did you do it through zoom? And did they give you a crazy amount of restrictions on the court order? Any information on what I can expect would be greatly appreciated last question did they give you your concealed carry permit at court or did you have to pick it up from the police department

      Hey, my appearance was through zoom...but I believe yours is in person now from other people that have theirs on the 29th too, for me it was about 5 minutes.  My Court order is  basically that I can only carry what I qualified with.  Not sure if Silvanio is going to follow the lead of some other judges from the last few days that have added some pretty ridiculous restrictions but I am hoping that he doesn't as I need to submit for an amendment to add a few more handguns.  As for the actual permit my PD went to the courthouse and picked up the 5 from our town from that day and we all had them the next afternoon.

      You are the man thank you for your response it has been a little nerve-racking not knowing what to expect when you go through the process and hear that there is a chance that they can put a crazy amount of restrictions on you thanks again

      @Nj2A I think you might've posted this to the wrong person. My application is still awaiting Police Chief signature and then sending to the court.

    Congratulations how did you make out I have that same judge next month did they place any restrictions on your permit and did you have to plead your case or just sign the permit permit under oath and last question did they give you your permit at court or do you have to pick it up at a later date

    Congratulations I have my court date coming up from my CCW as well Just curious they did not give you your CCW card the day of court? At the courthouse
