I have the same dilema. Waiting on my permit and I am going to buy either the G17 or the Beretta. Someone mentioned it about the Glock. You cant shoot unjacketed lead bullets thru it. That might not bother some people but I live about 20 minutes from Sure Shot and they wont allow anything BUT unjacketed lead bullets.

On the contrary - the crap we have to deal with forms our general outlook on life. Some rise to the challenge, others develop an entitlement mentality. And some become bitter old men. (Yes DA - I like to disagree with you) Like what? Most of the problems people face are actually self-fabricated. I mean, as a man, what is so much harder for you now? I have a problem with this mentality. I have done nothing wrong. I deserve no blame. To bunch me in with a bunch of Neanderthals who went before me does nothing to further any cause. I agree with you 100% I have done nothing wrong. Just like I have never owned slaves and have never met any blacks who were slaves. Could be the hottest woman in the world but she doesn't seem like a good fit for you so shes gotta go. In my experience the hotter a chick is, the less hobbies/interests she has. Beautiful women rarely have beatiful personalities. Why you ask? Because they don't need to. They get by every day on their looks. Life is very easy for a beautiful woman. They get to cut people in line, they get out of tickets, they have mens attention all the time. Thats why she can't handle you not giving her all the attention she wants and is used to.

As far as I am concerned men get the short end of the stick in todays world. Especially white men. If anyone cant see it coming I feel sorry for them. Turn on the TV and how are men shown? As bumbling nitwits, overgrown children, annoying creeps, submissive, always wrong and anything but good, strong and capable. Women are allowed to have an IQ over 50, and are usually shown as the rightly dominant one in any relationship. King of Queens, Everybody loves Raymond, The Simpsons, Family Guy, 2 and a Half Men and thats just to name a few. You see this especially in ads. The men are invariably balding and pot-bellied average Joes who have miraculously landed a gorgeous younger woman. The guys are then portrayed as idiots. Talk shows are full of man bashing. Dr.Phil has made a career of it. Every time I see a talk show the guy is in the wrong and being blamed for the problems. Look at the divorce and child custody laws and cases, They guy gets screwed 99.9% of the time. More women are graduating college right now then men. How do you think thats gonna play out in 10 years or so?? My point is that in todays world society seems to blame the guy right away, its accepted. Saw a guy buying flowers the other day at the food store. The cashier says to him "What did you do wrong" Are you fucking kidding me? This lady didnt even know the guy and automatically assumes the guy did something wrong to his wife or girlfriend. Secondly she had the audacity to say that to him. I would have told her to stuff it up her ass. Like I said, sad state of affairs these days for men, and it has nothing to do with smacking them and telling them to make us drinks.

Two things: 1. You haven't included her in your hobbies, or done a good job of doing so. 2. She probably does have hobbies, but you don't pay attention or realize it. Either way, you're toast. Even if you win the argument, you lost, because by winning through logic and rational thought, you acted like a big meanie, and now you'll feel sorry for belittling her irrational and illogical thought processes. In my opinion you need to find a girl who likes doing some of the things you do, but doesn't give you shit when you do the others things that she doesn't like. Find a girl with her own hobbies.

All those activities and hobbies made you an interesting/fun person. Thats part of what attracted her to you in the first place. You quit all that stuff to sit around and you become a boring person. A boring person is an unattractive person. Even though it is part of her own doing, you will eventually start to become boring and unattractive to her too. Also you need to apply what we call cat string theory to women. Ever see a cat play with a string before? Dangle a string just out of reach of a cats paws and that cat will give chase doing everything in its power to get that string. Then, when the prize has been won and the cat has the string in its grasp, it will quickly lose interest. Thats women to a T. Once she gets you sitting at home watching the bachelor she will lose interest in you. Funny because thats what she wanted in the first place. Yes Shane was right, women are nuts. Every one of them. Yes even the good ones. Some are just less crazy then others. However in my experience the crazier a woman the better and more fun she is in bed! While fun for a short term fling stay away from any bat-shit crazy women when it comes to relationships. You will end up either stalked or with a restraining order against you. Don't quit anything for her because when you do meet "the one" she wouldn't want you to quit anything. It sounds bad but I say get rid of her. You don't want someone like that as a girlfriend. By your own admission she gives you crap. She doesn't have any hobbies to keep busy with. The arguements will only get worse over time.You want a girl who ends up enjoying some of the things you do, but not all of them because both people need space and time away from eachother. Find a woman who has hobbies and interests so she won't be up your ass all the time. Don't waste your time with women who are up your ass. Life is too short. Enjoy it.
