The one I have in a what we call a pistol config here was never built as a rifle.  The 4473 transfered the lower as "other firearm" (lower, receiver, etc)

All of my ARs were transferred as "other firearm" and built from stripped lowers.

Then you should be fine if you convert them to non-nfa "other" firearms.  Swap out the stocks for braces, make sure there's a VFG on them, and the OAL is greater than 26"

Non NFA AOW seems to be a way to be legal in NJ?

The ? I had posted with M1 Carbine is more of a "why that of all things banned"

Unfortunately if they're already rifles, they can't technically be turned into Non-NFA Other Firearms.  You're better off selling or making compliant.

M1 Carbine is banned by name due to the Plainfield Riots.... It doesn't make sense.  It's an infringement plain and simple.  Unfortunately there's no way to bring one in legally.  I would sell that one off (or find a place out of state to store it long term).

Point Blank comes to mind on Route 10. They're a new owner and I haven't been to them yet, but worth checking them out. That location was previously County Line Firearms.

Otherwise, haven't had any issues with FSS Armory in Pine Brook.

Hmm.  I work near there - will have to check 'em out.

I just did a quick check and found out that Gun For Hire has many Glocks available for rental, including the 43x and 48.  Might be worth the drive for you to check them out.  BTW, it's a pretty impressive place, well worth seeing.

pretty sure OP is in South Jersey so it may not be worth the ride...

Though we are having a Diversity Shoot at GFH on the 22nd...

  6. Currently have a G48 in my carry rotation.

Grip is definitely slimmer - I don't have large hands and I found I had to put on Talon grips to make it comfortable enough to shoot a lot.  I have the OG Non-MOS 2-tone version... It's all Mike Lowrey Bad Boys 2 two-tone'd out....

Back when the G43x and G48 launched, I shot both and chose the G48 over the 43x for the reasons HE stated.  It's much nicer shooting.  Yes, the G43x cycles slightly faster, but man - you do feel that recoil more.

I'm not going to hold anyone to their answers.  Just looking to get a start:

My mother owns a business in NJ.  It's run in a rented space.

My sister and I are both PA residents and work in the business at that NJ location.  Can we legally arm ourselves while on the leased premises?  Do we need our mother's permission?  Do we need to be listed on the lease?

    Thanks . . .

If it's not in your name, and you don't have a NJ CCW, no.
