For civilian use they seem to be comparable to am aimpoint. There is no proof of that since there is no long term military or swat use of this optic that I have seen yet. Check out some of Tue reviews on it and people who own aimpoint agree that it is very good especially for the money. If you want the real deal that is tried and true and have the extra money to spend than go with the aimpoint or eotech.

Spikes Tactical Middy I have one of these and i absolutely love it, and the customer service was TOP NOTCH. At the bottom of the page you can select to pin/weld brake, pin the stock and remove the bayo lug.

You should also check out spikes tactical. I love mine and they built it for NJ for under a grand and oysters all mil spec.

I have a glock 22 at the moment and never REALLY liked the feel of it in my hand. I recently held a M&P compact and it fit like a glove. My next handgun purchase will be a M&P 40 compact.

all those rounds werent used for sighting in, i had some fun too! It was my first time sighting in a scope and i was only at 25 yards.

honestly it is very nice, BUT i think i would rather go with a primary arms red dot with a magnifier of a flip to side mount. I already lost the back cover for the sight as it is not attached at all.

so far i love all of the Magpul products. Everything has been easy to install and fit very well. The grip itself fits my hand really well and the extra hump on the backside puts my hand in place quickly. I dont use the inside chamber but it is a nice addition, i might put extra batteries for the red dot in there.

Magpul CTR dark earth stock and roll pins ordered. Along with a Tapco stock wrench. Anyone have any experience with removing the castle nut? especially when it is staked on? I tried to remove it with a cheap 1 prong wrench and the knob on it snapped off. So i will wait till i get the three prong tapco wrench and hopefully that will work.

So i went to the range and shot off about 200 rounds without a flaw and it was badass! I spent most of the time dialing in the red dot sight with limited success. I have to make another trip to really get it locked in. I'll probably wait till i get the rear sight and co witness it as i think it will make it easier, as i am trying to keep a constant cheek weld. I also want to wait till i get the new stock and i will pin it at the number 4 or 5 position, its currently pinned in the number 2 position right now and seems to short.

Yeah it does look off balance right now without the FDE stock and it should complete the look im going for when i put it on. I may also go with an alternate setup with quad rail handguard and go all black. Below are the specs on the rifle. Wow i love this thing! Its so well built and it is solid. Compared to some of the other AR's i have handled it's obvious how well it is built. I havent made it out to the range yet but hoping i can get down there this weekend and put about 500 rounds through it Here's a couple pics of it when i got it and what i have done to it so far. I still need to get a Magpul dark earth CTR stock and i should be done with it.
