  1. Mr. Willet, please don't take this as me entertaining your rhetoric. But I was asked to post this as a reply to your statement on Mr. Michael Tumminelli, By Michael himself because he is not able to log on here: Mr. Willett, your memory is a bit off. I declined only after I informed you that I had drop my case due lack of representation. That lack of representation was not so at first, in fact I had two one hour conversations with the law firm about my case in where they were quite excited about my case because I was a govt employee. Within one month of those discussions, I emailed over 15 times and left around 10 voice messages without a response. This was less than four weeks previous to the conference that you hold. I did not inform the law firm that I was dropping my case because communication had died, very quickly. I have the emails to show the amount of data that I had sent to the law firm. I have only two responses, both were asking for more information and then nothing after. Again, you were not part of those conversations or emails, unless again you know more than I do? Even worse, you have contacted Party of 6 members to discuss our plan and seek out answers. You have known our questioning of 2A leadership from the beginning. You were only concerned that we did not attack your conference, which we actually applauded. You should inform the forum of your discussions with fellow members of the Party of 6 and the fact you were very concerned about us addressing the lack of leadership and back room dealings. Thank you. Michael T.
  2. Hello Mr. Willet, how is your day going today? Have you stopped by www.partyof6.org and shown us your support? Many, many others have. I see you continue being a lap dog for the establishment in NJ, those that are corrupt, spineless, non-believers in we, the people, political hacks and those that think gambling with our rights to defend our lives should be gambled with behind the scenes with other political hacks? Now, when did the USMC start lowering their recruitment standards? Was it around the early 1990’s? I think I mentioned this to you last year, to start acting like a Marine, someone you “once” were? You mention I am out here with my hand out begging for money? DAMM STRAIGHT I AM, because we, at the Po6 are fighting for us all, even those that are afraid, spineless or those that think we need more time. You said to me last year, that we need more time, to change the legislature. Well, how did the last election work out for that “change the legislature” attitude? How much more time do you need? This fight has been going on for 40+ years, how many innocent people have died while “WAITING FOR TIME”? We had a guaranteed funding source last year for my case, after I personally spent $4500.00 to get it started , and now for this new fight, I have put up $1000.00 because I believe in the fight. Have you donated to help fight this battle? You see, you were not, and are not prevue to the plan, but the case you say now is weak (last year you thought it was insane and strong) was agreed on to go all the way up to the SCOTUS, something that takes years and lots of money to accomplish, Are you aware of that? The plan was to challenge it in Federal court, not as it was with DRAKE, not to risk that denial because we are well aware of the 3rd circuit decision, but the plan was to attack it in 2 to 3 different ways, especially since the Judges noted I could hire private armed security and acknowledged the seriousness of my case all in the same ruling. But now we have consolidated another solid case with the Almeida v NJ, which is Michaels case. Yes, ironically, nappen is now taking on a very similar case to Michaels after months of ignoring Michaels pleads for help. But, back room deals on EO180 took a priority and we were a threat to it. So it was quietly made to go away. Why, if the funding was there and multiple parties involved believed it was a strong case? Very suspect?? You ask that I name my 3 confidential informants? ….when does someone reveal a confidential informant publicly? I thought you were smarter than that? In fact, 2 of these 3 people mentioned that you were also present, although not part of the actual discussion. So, can I ask you, what was your involvement, if any in gambling with the rights of the people to defend their lives? If they want to come out publicly, it will be on them, not because I throw them under a bus. I have integrity, I am loyal, and I am a fighter for us all so that we all can benefit the win if allowed to. We understand the culture in NJ, the corrupt, the Elite establishment, the frauds, the spineless, those that are weak and force us to accept the meatless bones, but we, the people say no more. The plaintiffs involved with the Party of 6, say no more. Now, we can win together, with separate cases, or whatever means necessary…as long as we try to fight as hard as we can and win. I am sure you want to be a winner in life, correct? Now, you can respond, but I won’t entertain it. I am too busy trying to win, for all of us. Thank you for the understanding, have a NICE day Mr. Willet. to the rest of our supporters on here, Thank you, now lets WIN. Albert Almeida
  3. Thank you Deer...there are very big changes in this case. Due to the lack of actions, and other shady dealings involving 2A leadership and lawyers in NJ, in order to protect backroom deals with the EO180 (that may not come to fruitation) We have consolidated cases with Michael Ttumminelli and Almeida v NJ by hiring 2 well known 2A firms outside of NJ to take over this case and bring it back to the original plan with the Federal Courts. This was done to avoid the politics and corruption involved in NJ. Please visit www.partyof6.org for further details.
  4. I like the motivation I see here, this project still has hope? One of the "justifiable Need" reasons on the application was to be the: NJSA: 59:5-4 failure to provide police protection law. My concern would be making sure we have FULLY committed participants that would participate till the very end and also the cost of appeals and eventually taking it up to the federal level as a class action. That is where we are looking at $50k plus. A go fund me site is possible but we would need professional help (attorney) to help establish it correctly. can we still do this? I am hopeful that the project is not dead yet.
  5. The poll was only from Dec. 28th 2014 to January 31 2015. It has now been calculated and removed from the site. But the results were as follows: out of 707 participants (out of a so called million gun owners), 96% wanted to participate and see a mass carry application project coordinated. 37% of the same participants were willing to help contribute financially to help get the project up and running. So where are we today? Without funding for the project, it will pretty much not get executed. We reached out to a large 2A organization in NJ that has direct ties to the NRA and they were not interested in the project. Although I still receive many emails from participants willing to go ahead on their own, the problem will be what do you do when it come to the appeals process. Although you can appeal it yourself pro-se and just pay the filling fee, the issue will be bringing it up to the federal courts as a mass class action suit. That cost a lot of money and without the support of financing from a larger organization, it would be pretty much impossible. the project, if it were to go forward, included training, application review, references, notary and qualifications. All to be in uniform so that every application would be the same. We had support from Anthony at GFH that was going to let us use his facility for the seminar and qualification's/training at a HUGE discounted price. I am currently in talks with the new leader of NJ2AS regarding this project, he has expressed interest in seeing this project or a similar scaled down version. But their resources and finance is limited. This is why I was hoping for a larger organization to participate, but that was un-successful.
  6. Hello All, I will entertain this thread briefly. I like the debate and I really like the positive comments....Now for Newtonia, not so much but I can understand his frustration. We all are frustrated and rightfully so, but to sit here and be key board warriors does us no good in NJ. We need to attack NJ with multiple plans, with litigation, activism, education, and yes elections. Newtonia seems to believe we need to elect these biased gun bigots out of office and I AGREE! But let me ask you, how has the last several elections worked out for you in NJ? Not to well has it? Maybe the recall effort will work, maybe it wont. Should we place all of our eggs in that one basket? Litigation works most of the time, it is a time consuming process...Lets look at Illinois, how long did that take? 10+ years correct? What about Palmer v D.C? so far 6 years right? Richardson V Cali Peruta v San Diego? I am sure many get my point. Now lets talk about my case briefly. you are right to a certain extent. The appellate court may rule that the Superior Judge was wrong, and yes that will only benefit me unless they address the "Justifiable need" clause that may open doors for future litigation. If they do, its also a win for us because it will open the doors. Is that our/my goal to just win and go away? No it is not. Our goal is to bring it to the SCOTUS if its allowed to get that far. Honestly, I have only a small clue on how Nappen is going to fight this one and yes he wants to challenge the "justifiable need clause" which can only benefit us all in NJ. Will SCOTUS end up hearing Peruta v San Diego, or will it be Palmer v D.C, maybe it could be Almeida v NJ? One fact that we all know is, it WILL NOT BE NEWTONIA v NJ...correct? You see, I've been trying for 2 years now to build up my case, trying to get additional Plaintiffs because I knew that if Drake failed to get Cert, or if Pantano failed to be heard, NJ would be back to the drawing board. NJ has a lot of sheep, key board warriors and A LOT OF NEGATIVE THINKING residents. If we all sit hear and dam someone for trying, and do not jump in the mud, you become part of the problem. We do not have time for that....Join the movement, or move out of our way. I very well may be kicked out of the fight by NJ appellate courts, But than again I MAY NOT.......Will you join me in the fight? Apply, and get in the pipeline. With that said, thank you all that are fighting. Either through public education, activism, electing pro 2A candidate's or working the recall effort. I will continue to keep as many as I can updated, as of now the end goal is to petition SCOTUS if we are allowed to get that far, but the only way in doing so is by getting in the game and following it through till the end. Cordially, Albert Almeida
  7. I sure hope i'm not the only one wanting our rights respected in NJ..I come across many that want to fight for it, but I also come across a lot more that gave up or just don't think its possible. Do you know it took 10 years for Otis to make Illinois fall, and the whole time he had the "Chicago machine" fighting hard against him? We can and we will do it...join us
  8. Daniel Spafford is a Rutgers law school 3L and is slated to become a lawyer in the Spring of 2015. You can read his article in its entirety at www.justifiableneed.com under the "opinions" tab. It talks about the Shaneen Allen case, the Brian Aitken case and the fight of Albert Almeida that is fighting for carry rights of all in NJ.
  9. Not to sure but it may be on your end? I am not aware of other people having that issue? Let me know how it works out or use the pdf version attached?
  10. Thanks for the heads up..It has been corrected to www.nj2ar.org
  11. Happy New Year All! Some of you may have heard of a carry rights Survey that is being circulated on various Facebook groups and on Gun For Hire Radio, some of you may have already participated. For those of you that have not, please take a few seconds to take this quick survey. The end results will be shared with you all, including on Gun For Hire Radio and also shared with other NJ Gun rights orginizations The purpose of this survey is to evaluate the needs of you, the NJ good, law abiding resident on the right to carry. There is a greater plan that "MAY" follow this survey, it is still in the planning phase and we hope to roll out the plan (or two) in the Spring time. I understand that a similar mass carry application project was discussed a little over a year ago, but that project died (or never took off). NJ2AR, an independent gun rights advocacy group is heading up this survey. you may take the survey at the link provided below or fax/email it with the PDF attached Please read below and visit the web link PLEASE READ QUESTION 2 COMPLETELY before choosing the answer. Thank you, Albert Almeida www.nj2ar.org NJ Carry survey questions published.pdf
  12. Hello all great Patriots! Some great comments and ideas on here..Keep it alive and remember, don't SIT BACK DOWN. We will win this one day, but not if you and I give up...NEVER GIVE UP no matter how many times we are kicked in the teeth. Thank you all for the support and please don't forget to send Alan Gottlieb, Evan Nappen and Anthony Colandro a big thank you for their support in fighting for our rights in NJ. Ryan and Newtonia, great comments and you GUYS ROCK!
  13. Hello all, thank you so much for the support and please don't forget to head on over to the SAF site and express your support and gratitude that the national organizations have not given up on us in NJ. I've been reading the comments on this thread and thank you for keeping it on topic. There have been a few back and forth going on and I understand both sides. But I have to lean towards the views of Ryan. We will and we must press forward. Why? Because we can't let them win forever. I was told a few years back by a now disgraced assemblyman, that had written a few gun control bills, that we in NJ will never win. Why? Because he (and they in Trenton) are not afraid of us, we are not serious about our cause and disorganized and they know this, therfore they don't take us serious and don't care. Should we allow this to continue? Should we remain laying down while they pee on us and kick us in the teeth? Or should we shut down our business, change jobs or move out of NJ Because they told us to? Or should we attack them back with MULTIPLE fronts? Litigation, voting, training and education, outreach and yes, let's try an have a discussion with the leadership in Trenton and talk, maybe meet in the middle. We won't get everything we demand or wish for, but by not trying and just letting them walk all over us, will get us no place. Stop being complacent in NJ, stop loosing hope, get out and vote and drag your friends out to do the same. Join us in this movement or get out of our way and don't be a wheel chock. ..that's my attitude. I'm fighting for us all in NJ, please join us. Thank you, Albert
  14. Thanks, Yes I read this also. But I read a few postings with the 1200 noon time (on a nj2as posting) Which is ok because that helps get people there early for a seat. I just wanted to make sure we are not late...Thank you and Carry on
  15. Thank you my friend..I will fight till I no longer have a heart beat (I have a healthy heart, so I intend to fight for a long time).
  16. We are now entering phase 2 of this #2A campaign for NJ permits to carry gun “rights”. My case is scheduled for the 19th of this month to be heard at Sussex Co. Superior Court. Although I have hired the law firm of @Evannappen, I am confident that Richard Gilbert will present a very good argument on my behalf. Of course there is a 50/50 chance of us prevailing, but I am a realist and I place my odds more at 95/5. The low odds are not because of my case and arguments, but because that is just how NJ rolls on this issue. We have 2 other good cases pending on this issue in NJ, one is in NJ, and the other one waiting may be heard by SCOTUS. Even though these two other pending cases are strong, they do not have a police reported, documented death threat like it does for my case. For this is the reason why this case must continue to move forward. We must prove that in NJ, regardless if you have a profession that involves large amounts of cash and you fear of becoming a victim to an armed robber, if you are a good, law abiding citizen in NJ that wants a handgun for everyday defense of your life or a loved one, or if you are a person like me that has a documented credible death and robbery threat against you, in NJ you are not afforded your 2A right to defend yourself with a handgun outside of your home. We must continue litigation against the unjust “Justifiable Need” Admin code in NJ, regardless of how many cases are pending and of the outcome of my case on the 19th, this campaign must continue fighting for us all in NJ and that is my plan. Without your support, this may not be possible to continue moving forward and we will allow NJ’s unjust laws to prevail. Please help me fund this litigation so that we all have a chance of winning here. Even though I am a NRA Life Endowment member and a member of many more gun rights groups like SAF, GOA, NAGR, I have not received any financial support from these groups for this case, this can also be said for other NJ 2nd amendment rights groups in NJ that have not stepped forward and endorsed or supported this campaign for our gun rights. I have received financial donations and or verbal support from great Americans like you and other professional establishments like @GunforHire @Anthony colandro, I am completely independent in this campaign for now and I am relying on your support in helping this campaign move to the next phase 3 If you donate $100.00 or more, I will send you a free one day guest pass to Woodland Park at gun for hire shooting range. RISE UP AND FIGHT WITH ME, or get out of my way because we are growing stronger each day! Thank you all that have and will continue to support this battle, Albert Almeida battling for NJ CCW 2A Rights and Liberties Please visit me at: http://www.gofundme.com/Fighting-for-NJ-CCW
