Well I would assume that since I was told to send in the current form online without a CCW from my home state ... I feel like they would have said wait for the new forms or more updates to be available before you start sending in.

Just got the email back.. Said they haven't updated the online forms yet but they are processing applications with Supreme Court ruling. Dropped in UPS tonight....

just sent this email over.. Hello, With the new ruling by the Supreme Court in mind, are we available to send in our Non-Resident CCW permit even though the form/website has not been updated? I just want to make sure I am not wasting your time or my own time by sending applications in to early. I just wanted to confirm if we could leave the “copy of ccw of your home state” portion of the application blank and send the rest in. Thank you for your help!

So how do people leave the state to go on vacation ? If I was to go to the poconos for a week ... Legally I would be in violation from the NJ leg of the trip? Makes no sense ..: I have a hard time believing a jury would convict someone on that ..

I mean this might have been tried already but has anyone reached out to the NJ AG and just asked the legality of transporting firearms out of the state for lawful purposes ?

i agree.. wouldn't that just cause people to "hope" for something to happen to them to apply? crazy to think you can just get a UT non res and carry in 30 states and we have to deal with this.

i understand the hope here... but in reality what will the partyofsix filing do for us(the common folk)? even if they win wouldn't it just grant them the CCW as justifiable need?>

so is it worth compltleying the (4) hour Utah course? then apply for Floridia? will that cover PA?
