  1. Anyone with hand on experience with any? Everything online looks great until it arrives at my house and I hate it.
  2. Friend has a farm in pa, Plenty of space just cant be permanent.
  3. What do you guys use in the way of portable shooting benches? I'm not against building my own but its a bring out what you bring in deal, so weight is a big consideration. I've seen a portable plywood one on ebay but the cost was pretty extreme.
  4. I have this plasma cutter Its worth the cost but definitly overkill. Grinder from Harbor Freight will do the job Are you looking to do it cheaply? If you can't get it to loosen with lube ( I like trizol creep, therewere other reccomendations) If that doesnt work a grinder will do the job. Spare no expense ? Locksmith/Safe guy When my grandparents passed, they left a locked safe behind. It would have been less expensive to buy a new safe considering what we paid for someone to come to the house and open it. Good Luck!
  5. https://abc7ny.com/mta-says-subway-protests-cost-taxpayers-$100000/5909640/ This is why we can't have nice things
  6. The usual bottle coozies, stickers and bags. Favorite swag was a hot wheels Ford raptor, which is about as close as I will get to owning a Ford Raptor.
  7. Not nearly as much for sale as I expected.
  8. I didn't have a Camo/hunting/Mennonite/tactical hat on, that was the dead giveaway.
  9. Took a day and went to Harrisburg PA to the show. Absolutely massive, walked around for hours and I definitely didn't see everything. There were a few manufacturers missing that surprised me, but overall getting hands on things I may want to buy in the future really helped me make up my mind. For $15 it was worth it.
  10. Just wait till you try my bbq sauce.
  11. Lol, in a way. Cow didn't have to jump over the moon but my wife was unaware of my childhood nicknames until it was far too late in our relationship to turn back.
  12. I've got no problem shooting at clays, Just don't expect me to be able to successfully throw any with a plastic handheld thrower. Learned that lesson already.
  13. Last time I was there the range was 99% plastic shells and broken glass, and someone had dragged the 55 gallon drum that was the garbage can out to the center and shot it to hell.
  14. If it helps any I plan on getting a P320 before I get a G17/22 or 19/23 Because I cant decide which one I want more. Free food is always delicious.
  15. Love them both That's why I applied for 2 P2P.
  16. Don't know how often you guys bbq, but count me in. From charcoal to propane to smoked I'm a fan
  17. Much nicer then it used to be, wonder how long until everything is all shot to hell
  18. also some beef jerky, and a wrapped brisket, and some burnt ends.. and then some pizza on the smoker
  19. This is last memorial day weekend , two pork shoulders, a turkey, beef ribs, pork ribs.
  20. 3-2-1 method? Built my own 55 gallon drum smoker. Bought a Rec-Tec Bull Pellet smoker last may- its so good I gave the drum to a buddy. I don't do ribs very often, my wife is not a fan and if I am smoking I am filling it all the way up Mostly pork shoulder/Butt, Brisket, and Jerky. Plenty of experimenting though. That's either a trick answer or you don't have a smoker, I will confess that I only do baby backs ribs in the oven, but that is because I only make giant mc-rib style sandwich and its much harder to do that outside.
  21. Porkroll Taylor is the brand lol I've offered, but they decline- To be fair to them I usually bring the ammo, or at least more then I intend to shoot. Thanks for the welcome everyone!
  22. My towns ori# definitely does not fit the format of NJ0XXXX00. towns ori is NJ0132200 Municipal code is 1324 Nj0132400 does not seem to be a valid ori number I just put in for my FID and pistol purchase permits. I went to the PD picked up the paperwork (mental health form, fingerprinting form, application for fid/pistol purchase, and a piece of paper with instructions on what steps to take and to go online for 212a) went and got fingerprinted, then back to the PD with paperwork filled out. I never knew it could be filled out online and submitted. I probably should have googled first instead of heading to local PD.
  23. Hey everyone, new member from Keyport NJ here. Just recently applied for FID/P2P, Got tired of getting mocked at the range and having to shoot my my friends brought (Though not having a gun to clean after a day at the range was nice) I've been browsing the forums for a little while, looks like there is plenty of good info and helpful people here.
