Even though I was one of the first to receive my refund because I paid by check, I still feel pretty burned... I really don't think its fair that ryan held on to our money for so long and made every excuse to not deliver and now can't even provide one shred of evidence that he did order the eotechs. He just kept feeding us More excuses, lies, and a bunch of vague answers. You could have sold those eotechs on ebay or craigslist if we did not want them and made more money, why would you send them back???? I said it from the get go this was a quick interest free loan, if that is the case charges should be brought to ryan. Ryan my advice to you is prove us all wrong by showing defintive proof of the eotechs, nothing half ass, no more excuses real proof!

Even though I got my refund, this group buy ended very badly, alot our time was wasted, and time is money. Ryan accepted responsibility and apologized for messing up last week in a pm. I told him with refund being issued this will all be water under the bridge, and if he wanted to try again to do a transaction with me I would but it would have to be face to face this time, I never got a response from him about that. I'm sorry but I'm beginning to believe what I originally thought, there were no eotechs and this was an easy way of getting a quick no interest loan. If this was the case there should be repercussions for wasting our time and playing with our hard earned money.

Man you guys put up some nice rifle builds, I really need to get to work on a lower that have just sitting there....

Ryan made good on refund for me got it today, just wondering how everyone else made out with there refund, and what your planning on getting since this group buy didnt work out...

Guys I wasnt home but something came in the mail and needed my signature and it was from ryan. so it looks like he is making good on refunds at least.

Hey everybody good news, looks like ryan is going to fix all this up after all. He contacted me and has sent me tracking information for my refund. This is a good first step in the right direction. I told him if and when everything is straightened out I might consider purchasing but it would have to be face to face.

Life does get in the way, i understand this, but imo this went too far, if this is not a scam it was very careless of him to handle so much money and not handle business. Extra effort should have been made to ship our merchandise last week when he found out they weren't shipped the first time around, No excuse.... And after all this fustration still no answer on were the merchandise is.

Don't worry Dan, I have met and delt with many excellent folks here on this forum, I would never hold anything against this forum or the good people on it. I was a little too trust worthy though sending a check, I will be more cautious in the future, i guess you live and learn. I should have known that something was wrong when you don't have PayPal...

All I know I'm not excepting not one more excuse from this guy, if I don't see my money order in my mail box Saturday as promised we will know for sure this guy is full of it, and we definitely should go after him legally, so something like this never happens again.

And why they never left ups if they ever were there, I truly believe this was some kind of scam to get an interest free loan. First and last time I do a group buy with someone new with just a couple hundred posts. I was hesitant to do this, but I figured it would be a fun thing to do with friends of the forum. Ryan I offered to receive payment via money order, personal check and even paypal. For what ever reason you cannot mail me a money order or check today, you want me to send you an invoice via paypal so you can pay via credit card???? Do you expect me to eat paypal charges for your f-up? What kind of businessman are you? If I don't get payment by saturday, im seriously considering pressing charges because this is total bullshit and everyone knows it. Its not nice to play with peoples money that we work so hard for. Im disgusted...

I paid by check, whats so hard about walking into a post office buying a money order and send it to me from where ever you are, I'll even take a personal check as long as it clears, or just paypal my money back...

Ryan your not trying hard enough, what is the hold up now, where are the sights now, why aren't they being shipped as we speak? Why haven't we gotten any shipping information with ETA? This is super pissing me off, I feel like we all gave you a quick loan for something else and now your trying to put the product or money back before anyone notices and it blew up in your face...
