I haven't noticed to much of a difference between carto with high or low resistances. Mainly because i use a variable wattage device that automatically adjusts to different ohms. For the ego I'd go with the dual coil 2.5 ohm carto. Here's a video of some chick filling a carto tank if you want to see how it's done. It's real simple.
