  1. I only pickup my own brass. I don't want to cause a ruckus.
  2. I meant Hudson, sorry for the lack of clarity. That's a lot of dough.
  3. Wow, what does that place cost to join? There's no membership info on their site.
  4. I have a Lee loadmaster that I bought used off the forum. It's really nice but I have an RCBS Rock Chucker IV and I just prefer single stage. I'll probably sell the Lee at some point.
  5. I've read where mil spec brass is thicker thus case volume is lower. I'm not sure how noticeable this is as I filled an LC piece of brass with water, poured it out and measured it and did the same with a non-mil brass and they came out the same. Anyone have any experience with this?
  6. 50lbs on one hazmat. I ordered yesterday and got four pounds of 320, 2000 LPP, 2000 SPP, 2 lbs of h335 and my friend ordered up the difference to make it worthwhile.
  7. There are only a few places. I am not sure if they stock vV powders though so you should call. The bullet hole has primers and powders but not VV. theyre also out of LPPs because I bought the last 1k last night. They do have a lot of other powders if you have interest. I can also think of Solomon's in farmingdale but call ahead very odd hours. If you are near PA that's your best bet.
  8. Considering I was shooting--they were pretty good! I was pretty darn happy with it. It cycled the gun nicely, low recoil, and they were nice and accurate.

what type of trades are you interested in?
  10. I'll give that a try after sorting by head stamp. Thanks.
  11. I need to figure out which headstamps are military and which aren't. I don't really feel like unnecessarily swaging primer pockets. I know most military brass has dates but I've found some crimped primers in brass without dates. Is there a good list of which is which?
  12. I loaded 5.4 gr OAL 1.275 and the gun really liked it. Tried 15 today but will work up 100 for tomorrow.
  13. I'll have to get the Speer manual. I've been using lead 205 gr but couldn't find anymore for a good price. I knew OAL and charge were related but wasn't sure that the changes in OAL v charge made these consistent. I'm going try the 5.5 gr with the 1.275 OAL. I made a dummy and it chambers and ejects very nicely from my Sig. Thanks for all the help folks.
  14. I have three sources and they are very conflicting. This is for w231 powder. The Lee manual says 230 TMJ start 4.8 and never exceed 5.1 with a Min OAL of 1.190. Lyman for the 230 gr TMJ is start 5.2 and never exceed 5.8 with a Oal of 1.275 The Hornady book say 230 gr FMJ start at 5.0 and don't exceed 5.7 with an OAL 1.230 These are RN bullets that are plated and should be loaded at the low end of FMJ. extreme bullets. thanks, Rob
  15. Are 193 green tip penetrators?
  16. Powdervalley and the bullet hole has some stuff. Primers and powder for sure. They aren't cheap but if you aren't ordering in quantity the hazmat charge will make mail order more expensive.
  17. Make sure you take the crimp out of the primer pocket for LC brass or you will struggle to seat the primers. Also, CCI makes a good primer for .223 which is CCI41 primers.
  18. I made 100 of these this morning with a slightly shorter OAL and they cycled and shot well thru both my G34 G4 and my 92FS. A touch light for the glock spring but perfect for the baretta. Thanks again.
  19. Yes I am meeting up with someone who is a member. We re going to do some HandloadingYour and then go try them out at CJ.
  20. Cherry Ridge 100 yard range is being used for an event both days this weekend according to the calendar. Maybe we can go there next weekend? If the weather is good I may go to CJRPC.
  21. I am a member at RTSP and it's a good place. I really like outdoor shooting. How much is Easton?
