Morris county permits
revenger replied to revenger's topic in Current New Jersey Gun Laws Discussion
Morris county is down to the last batch of permits they have if your waiting, also the court was contacted in regard to adding guns to court order and was told that all they require is proof of ownership for additional guns, qualification at this time not required. I would have q qual for every gun in the rotation just for legal defense just in case. -
just came across this old thread, I just got a 44 to practice for my 43x carry gun for lower cost ammo and get accustomed to the mushy glock trigger Im not a plastic gun guy by any means and these are my first 2 but I don't wan to carry a family heirloom and in the event it was utilized in NJ loose it to some liberal court. sure it would be cool to carry a 2" engraved blued python but sure wouldn't want to loose it. therefore I went Glock. I just shot the 44 for the first time and I have to say it shot everything I had with me, about 6 brands, I didnt make any scientific studies to determine what was better but I was surprised how reliable it was. only 1 brand of aguila ammo that I had for the last 20 years had a FTF and it might have been in the mag crooked. it cycled everything from standard vel to aquila super maximum. next time i go i will take notes but compared to my s&w 41/ sig 229 with .22 conversion and 617 I think it did the best and good practice to learn that glock trigger. its also extremely lightweight, when we win the mag ban case there is a mfg that makes 15 rd I think, it will make a great back up being so light.

Although Cai comes off looking like she is a high school age intern for a law firm keep in mind #1 she is employed by the state of nj so thats where she gets her marching orders from #2 she was ordered to defend a law that was written in direct defiance to carefully thought out SC decision which she knows is a losing proposition. #3 the only reason she is coming off looking the way she does is because a leftist activist judge is not hearing the case. -

61 days at court and check not cashed? I tried to enlist the help of my legislatures and senator to just have them inquire of the court the process and was surprised none wanted to touch it? I left astonished as they all claim to be big pro2a supporters. next time they ask for money I'll bring this up with them. -

not sure whats going on in morris county, seems typical no accountability for govt employees. If courts are taken out of the process I have to wonder if it would be faster to reapply at PD, start from scratch? did anyone call the morris court and give their name and ask where they are in the cue and did it have a negative affect or positive. were they able to give you a number? -

NJ LAWMAKERS ANNOUNCE PLANS TO DESTROY RIGHT TO CARRY

At what point can our side start to sue for financial damages, lawyer fee's and all that we know that murphy will not stop at attacking the constitution and there will certainly be a "carry killer bill 2.0" coming. when can they be held personally liable for civil rights violations. for example the cop that subdued that guy in Minnesota was sued civilly for violating someones civil rights. If murphy continues to act outside the law as well as any other public official at what point are they vulnerable. -
so whats next ? cause NJ will probably try same shit

So what do you submit to court for amending and do you know if that still is the procedure with the courts removed from process?
