  1. It is a noble cause, and where the NRA falls flat on their face, bringing their 5,000,000 members to bear to fight on the front lines where the lefty states are in full force. What good to win at the national level if the Lefty picks us off one state at a time. Unfortunately, like most things in human nature, especially for people who are more into self-sufficiency and independence rather than collectivism, most people will do nothing until they are personally effected...You know, the "then they came for me" poem. On another forum we talked about examples of how we might unite Nationally, or at least show the lefty an example of our unity. We never came to any traction. For a hypothetical-discussion in that thread, I pushed a test proposal to fight the California Internet ammo ban, and to show the lefty our national-unity, by having every NRA member (outside) CA send 10R to an NRA member in CA (of course this would take NRA coordination)...It was like I was suggesting we chop off our trigger fingers and send them to CA - LOL!. People worried about the 3$ it would cost them to send 10R, being extradited to CA for breaking some law, etc. At the very least the NRA should coordinate fund-drives for local fights. Perhaps they feel it would take away $$ away from their donations, I do'no...But either way, if we fight like separate state-tribes and not bringing our national #'s to bear, we will loose in the end...Unless of course P-Trump's new Supreme Court saves us. We will see.
  2. Unfortunately, there isn't any coordinated national PRO-2A effort and hence each state is left to fend more or less for themselves. So no prioritization of law suits across states is even vaguely possible. It is too bad, with 5,000,000 NRA members which we have, and some good national leadership (which we don't have), we can work to affect much better then doing it as separate "tribes", with not just laws-suits but all kinds of "civil" disobedience. Overall, with some small# of exceptions, the feeling in the national-2A community is if you are "stupid" enough to live in NYC, NJ, CA, etc. that is your problem. So NYC, like us in NJ, we are on our own...Overall, I do think it is a positive sign S.C. is taking this case, I hope we hear soon they are taking the NJ-Carry suite also.
  3. No worries Brother, good luck getting your 44.
  4. Wow, 2014, old times...I sold that 44 mag a few years ago and got a 3" 586L-Comp 357M, 7 R, ported. It shoots the hottest 357M loads pretty nicely even though it is only 3" with the port. All is well in Revolver land for me, lot of fun to shoot it.
  5. And beyond just the additional cost and inconvenience, of course this is just another step in demonizing gun owners. Eventually, track your ammo purchases, red-flag you as a gun-nut and danger to the community if you purchase too much. They might even go with a monthly limit right out of the box.
  6. Yep, they will have to charge something for the "administriva" and temporary storage. That is if they agree to do it at all. Otherwise will be stuck with whatever is for sale at the local guns shop or whatever major outlets still sell ammo even if it doesn't work in one's gun too well. And at prices much higher than the internet. I haven't purchased ammo in a store for so long, I wouldn't even know in which direction to drive. :-)
  7. It is a waste of time trying to find the logic in the Lefty's laws. There isn't any besides incremental step's to eventual total disarmament. But everyone knows this already.
  8. On this one you might not have any choice. If ammo dealers like say SG-AMMO refuses to ship to NJ residence without going to an FFL there isn't much one can do about it. And yes, before anyone says store, I have my stash also, but eventually it will go dry. Should be fairly easy for most people to outlast Murphy when it comes to ammo (IF) he is tossed in 3 years, but laws once in are harder to reverse even if we get a republican gov next time.
  9. There was an NRA lawsuit, I can't find anything on the status though that isn't fairly old news.
  10. ANJRPC (NRA-Affiliate) just sent this out...As suspected regulate Ammo sales, and continued demonization of law abiding gun owners as a "threat" to the community....Maybe Murphy worked with Little Marco on the latter one. :-) This sucks, they are going after the internet sales obviously. I hope the 3rd circuit flips to our side soon. Don't forget those 2 vacant judge slots P-Tump, please! STATE OF THE STATE: GOV. MURPHY REVEALS NEXT STEPS IN ANTI-GUN AGENDA January 15, 2019. In his State of the State address earlier today, Gov. Murphy discussed the next steps in his anti-gun agenda. In Gov. Murphy's own words: "Last year, we enacted seven new common-sense gun safety laws which returned us to our rightful place as a national leader. Let’s take additional steps this year to close remaining loopholes -- to make it easier for prosecutors and police to keep illegal guns off our streets, regulate and track ammunition sales, and assist community-based organizations in implementing coordinated, evidence-based, violence-intervention strategies. Let’s work together to get this done." Regulating and tracking ammunition sales impacts only law-abiding citizens, because criminals don't buy ammunition from licensed sellers. Based on Gov. Murphy's statement, it appears that more regulation of honest citizens -- instead of throwing the book at actual criminals -- is coming. As far as "closing remaining loopholes," New Jersey has the strictest gun control in the nation and there are no loopholes to close. Gov. Murphy's words are likely code for more regulation of good citizens who are already the most heavily regulated in the nation. And "assisting community-based organizations" likely means funneling taxpayer dollars to anti-gun groups to further restrict gun rights. Round 2 of Gov. Murphy's anti-gun legislative agenda is coming. Get ready to take action as specific legislative proposals arise in the coming weeks. 11. Yep, there is nothing certain here. If the S.C. doesn't take it it will be a dark-day and a strong indication they are going to take the cowardly approach and let 2A (across the country) slowly slip into the abyss pursuant to the whims of the lefty states. But I do applaud and donate to this fine effort nevertheless.
  12. Can't draw much of a conclusion with the information in the article. Not turning them in to PD doesn't at all = Not complying. Of course they could be mag blocked, sent out of state, etc, etc. And then as maksim posted just ignorance of the law which is likely the biggest bucket of them all. (Given them to cop's would be the worst choice, even worse then destroying them, IMO).
  13. Yes it is Sad indeed. And that is why all the scapegoating against "that" lawyer in the other thread is somewhat humorous.
  14. Get that Shall Issue Carry suite going. Great news at a dark time for this part of the country...And hopeful this will squash out the internet ammo ban coming in 2019.
  15. Good fair critique you made...Just because I like some of his stuff, doesn't mean I agree with all of it...I personally did get value out of the one they shipped out yesterday, just as an example.
  16. LOL, Obviously you have the belief's of a Lefty Socialist as you expect someone to work for free and give you a free-handout, which confirms what I suspected if you want to start with the childish crap, your head is up Murphy's Butt so far you can't think straight. And just about every post you make exemplifies this. Like I said, go back to bed and sleep it off. Or give up reloading, or at least get your blood-level's checked. Something isn't right with your thinking.
  17. Cheese, the alerts are free. You don't need to be a member, for shooter's who are "financially-challenged", or just don't give a crap about supporting :-)...
  18. You are making absolutely no sense go back to bed and sleep it off...We already get it, you hate the man. Is it Nappen's fault also that these gun owners don't get the ANJRPC (FREE) e-mail!!! Next thing you will post is he has secret meeting with the lefty to scheme against us. :-)
  19. Oh, and one more thing he points out are the (Likely) scenarios which will trigger a charge. That is something worth a look too.
  20. Sure: http://www.evannappen.com/knock-knock-show-us-your-glock.html
  21. I haven't read all his previous warnings, but the one attached to the ANJRPC mail yesterday was quite balanced. First thing he says is, house to house searches are unlikely. But he does stipulate scenarios which can change this. And he does point out some things the State can do without warrants. And he does advise on what to do if Trooper's come to the home without a warrant. ...All good stuff. He did a nice job in this latest write-up.
  22. Murphy's Puppet also refused to answer the question. Keep in mind, things are changing very rapidly in this country, the Lefty is working very hard to demonize us, and with every mass-shooting, even more so. Once demonized, just like in a war, you can get away with doing all sort of illegal things to the target group. Judges will bend to the mob. The 10R litigation is an example of this...On the other point, it doesn't take a Top-Notch detective to figure out the capacity of the magazines shipped for each gun type new purchase prior to the 10R law. While there may be a few shooters who planed some years ahead at the inevitable, most folks took as much legal capacity they could at that time.
