Anyone know if this range still open? The website I had saved is no longer available. I had planned on going down there on Sunday to check it out and join, but cant find any current info. Sent an e-mail to an address I had saved and have not received a response. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Bought a p229 Enhanced Elite 9mm a few months ago. It was my first Sig, and it is now my favorite gun. Puts holes in the paper wherever I point it. Gun just feels like it belongs in my hand. I like the DA to SA and the SRT too.

Welcome to the forum. I am also from Haddon Twp. and in regard to permitting I have nothing but nice things to say about the local LEO's. The Sgt. in charge of the permitting has been very nice to me, and my permits come back in about a 5 weeks time, which after reading post upon post on this forum about permit times, this is considered fast. I guess not all experiences are the same..... I hope that your contact with them improves in the future. Good luck.

This week I purchased a Sig P229 Enhanced Elite in 9mm. It has the SRT and E2 grips and it came with two 15 round magazines. I love it! It shoots great and I cant wait to shoot it again. Back in March I posted a topic about buying a 226 and I got a lot of input on it. Went to the store with the intent on buying a 226 but when I held the 229, I was sold. It has a beavertail which I was trying to stay away from, but I couldn't say no when I held it. Just wanted to say thanks to all that gave their input. Glen

I was there today in the range, wish I would have witnessed this....... I was looking at a gun two weeks ago and they were trying to get me to pay for it to hold it. They were up front telling me there would be NO REFUND if I changed my mind or if I was refused permits for some reason. I chose to keep my money until the permits come in. I don't agree with the policy, but they were clear from the beginning with me. Sorry for your loss, shame they couldn't work something out with you.

I picked one up in December. Its a lot of fun to shoot and accurate too!

I got to shoot a 226 today and I really liked it. The DA/SA will take a little getting used to but all in all I think I did well with the gun. I appreciate all the input from everybody, and as soon as my permits come in I'll be a first time SIG owner. And for the record I am between the standard 226 or the mk25. Leaning toward the standard and taking the price savings and using that torward the purchase of the .22 conversion kit. Thanks again all!

I have one and I like it a lot. I have not had any issues with it. I think its a good entry level 1911 for the money.

I have to give a vote for Bobs Little Sport Shop in Glassboro. I never felt rushed in there, even when I was new to shooting and there was a line of people behind me. They talk to you not at you. Prices are good. Have to admit though the lot can get full and parking sucks sometimes.
