Yes, it's legal.

My town issued my CCW in about 3 weeks. My 2 P2Ps took almost 2 months!

He must be new to the hobby! He only had 10,500 rounds of ammo, 16 rounds per gun! Proves that he's new to the game!

.303 caliber or 7.7mm Japanese? What company makes these? Can you post a pic of the label on the box? Not many uses today for those!

A few kind and pro 2A Sheriffs departments in PA offer the PA CCW permits to NJ residents who have their NJ CCW. You can't get a PA CCW without showing your NJ permit. Remember that those PA County Sheriffs are NOT obligated to issue permits to non residents! Most counties in PA will NOT issue non-res CCW!
Please take the time to thank the Sheriff who issued your permit! They deserve our thanks and gratitude!

9mm Luger +P 90gr. Xtreme Defender Solid Monolithic Self Defense Ammo (underwoodammo.com)
Not a hollow point. GTG IMHO!

In 2016, the PT24/7 was included in the settlement of a lawsuit which alleged that it, and certain other Taurus handguns, could fire accidentally if dropped and that Taurus covered up the safety defects. Without admitting guilt, the company paid $39 million, extended the warranties, and recalled the pistols for repair.

External hollow point is an oxymoron. It's a sales gimmick to let people know it performs like a hollow point but without the hole or the expansion.

16 minutes ago, xXxplosive said:So what about these solid copper bullets like the G9 or the Lehigh Defense Penetrator.....are they considered hollow points due to their configuration and what about magazine feed issues with them....anyone have experience with these.
The nose of the bullet is not hollow therefore they are not hollow points. They do not expand on impact and are not prohibited.
@$35.00 for a box of 20, they are expensive as heck! Just yesterday I paid the same $35.00 for a 50 round box of Critical Duty 135gr. 9mm.

I probably would in that case simply because I am interacting with the LEO in his official capacity. Kind of a grey area.

Murphy’s N.J. bag ban increased plastic consumption, state carbon footprint (savejersey.com)
Yeah. 3 to 6X more.
His ban certainly effected me.....I had to buy a case of 1,000 on Amazon just to say FPM! It felt good!

No restrictions for CCW in a supermarket. He could walk right past the cops and say hi to them. No duty to inform unless they confront him in an official capacity.

My mother owns a business in NJ. It's run in a rented space.
My sister and I are both PA residents and work in the business at that NJ location. Can we legally arm ourselves while on the leased premises? Do we need our mother's permission? Do we need to be listed on the lease?
Thanks . . .
"If the lease or rental agreement is in your name, you're considered to be "in possession" of the property, and may carry there as long as there's nothing in your lease that forbids it." That covers your Mom but I don't know about you and your sister.

I believe it would be multiple transfer fees but only 1 NICS. The last thing I need is another AR platform rifle!
PS, Lowers are easy to build.
