That's good to know! Do you know if pump-actions have a round limit? Back to my original assumption, I imagine it would be 10.

    No limit on pumps.

Well my 2 PTP's came back in 14 days. Hoping that they are as efficient when it comes to my CCW.

My town issued my CCW in about 3 weeks. My 2 P2Ps took almost 2 months!

It’s a non resident permit, I guess if you already have a NJ permit it’s expedites the process

A few kind and pro 2A Sheriffs departments in PA offer the PA CCW permits to NJ residents who have their NJ CCW.  You can't get a PA CCW without showing your NJ permit. Remember that those PA County Sheriffs are NOT obligated to issue permits to non residents!  Most counties in PA will NOT issue non-res CCW!

Please take the time to thank the Sheriff who issued your permit! They deserve our thanks and gratitude!

  4. In 2016, the PT24/7 was included in the settlement of a lawsuit which alleged that it, and certain other Taurus handguns, could fire accidentally if dropped and that Taurus covered up the safety defects. Without admitting guilt, the company paid $39 million, extended the warranties, and recalled the pistols for repair.

So what about these solid copper bullets like the G9 or the Lehigh Defense Penetrator.....are they considered hollow points due to their configuration and what about magazine feed issues with them....anyone have experience with these.

The nose of the bullet is not hollow therefore they are not hollow points. They do not expand on impact and are not prohibited.

@$35.00 for a box of 20, they are expensive as heck!  Just yesterday I paid the same $35.00 for a 50 round box of Critical Duty 135gr. 9mm.

So my neighbor tells me he was in a local supermarket and LE was also in there...says he didn't know what to do so he left....... told him, I dunno.

No restrictions for CCW in a supermarket. He could walk right past the cops and say hi to them. No duty to inform unless they confront him in an official capacity.

I'm not going to hold anyone to their answers.  Just looking to get a start:

My mother owns a business in NJ.  It's run in a rented space.

My sister and I are both PA residents and work in the business at that NJ location.  Can we legally arm ourselves while on the leased premises?  Do we need our mother's permission?  Do we need to be listed on the lease?

    Thanks . . .

"If the lease or rental agreement is in your name, you're considered to be "in possession" of the property, and may carry there as long as there's nothing in your lease that forbids it."  That covers your Mom but I don't know about you and your sister.
