I was there to simply buy lube.. err.. GUN lube and was greeted by Dave... he walked me around to where they were.. gave me options and brought me back to the register to checkout. Upon the transaction, shook my hand and I was on my way... next door to WP Range. Where of course Ant was at the cafe, where else would he be? I thought the Caso's guys were nice, but this place is nicer, brighter, much bigger and WAY friendlier than the Bullet Hole.

@mimold ... I'll go with you. @Anthony, do you have a definitive list of the guns/rifles you'll be purchasing for rental on the 1st pass? One of the key features I like to rent guns is because not only can I feel the gun in my hand as you can do at a gun shop, but you can also feel the full mechanics working via shooting by renting prior to making a decision to buy.

I guess females don't commit suicide via guns. So sexist.. because I guess they're in the kitchen enough to find other methods. :-O

If you complain about the WP gun range's paperwork, I guess you've never been to RTSP. I had to print out the paperwork ahead time to fill out.. I think around 10 page PDF. I'm not quite sure if my 1040 tax form or that was easier or quicker to fill out.

Yes, they called both references.. I applied for 1 permit in early Jan.. then passed by about 1 month ago during my inquiry and asked to add a 2nd one for $2 more. Picked up both Monday AM.

Got the Bloomfield PD letter in the mail yesterday saying that my 2 handgun purchase permits are ready for pickup... Last name letter "C"

Don't know, but my 1st reference called me to tell me that BPD had called him. Then BPD called me to tell me that reference #2's phone numbers were disconnected and to provide updated info. I think I'm going to call Det Vitiello to see if he's done and it's moved to the next step.. which would be what???

Hey guys from BPD, I got a call from BPD Detective Vitiello, who apparently is in charge of calling my references, just to inquire that 1 of my references' phone number is no longer working.. yeah, he retired a few months ago.. so I called him back to give him the updated contact number. Not sure if he's called my 2nd reference, that was Friday the 19th.

Yes.. I assume so. The dude that was in front of me, last name letter " A " said that he waited 2 months. So actually faster than me since I put in early January. My Bro-In-Law in Belleville is letter " R " ... He's not heard a peep.
