  1. I have used the MAGPUL 7.62x39 30 rounders blocked to 15 in my converted Saiga and it feeds fine without fees ramp just needed to file down spine a little bit. I understand 5.45 feeds even better so can't wait to get some 15/30 MAGPUL 5.45 MAGS. As for Milled vs Stamped. AK-47 was originally designed to be stamped and Russian testing showed stamped to be better. My converted Saigas are stamped and I've had zero issues with either of them with 500 rounds through them Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  2. What about Saiga 5.45 15 Round Magazines? Or the Tapco 30 Round Blocked to 15? Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  3. Republicans have Tradition and Thurmond Rule on their side. They can and will simply table any nominee til next POTUS. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  4. McConnell damn well better call Senate back into Session immediately. Eisenhower was last President to appoint Supreme Court Justice as Recess Appointment so it has been done in recent times and Obama will try it. He has til Feb 22nd. However no Justice in 80yrs has been appointed during an election year. Senate will not approve appointment from Obama unless he does the right thing and appoints a Justice similar to Scalia (and hell will freeze over too). For the record Eisenhower did appoint a Democrat Roman Catholic. Tradition is on our side, but we are dealing with a POS that will try every trick in the book. Senate not approve a nomination, but they are all going to have to earn their pay this year and have no more recesses. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  5. This is truly a tragedy. Thankfully Republicans control both the House and the Senate. No way they let Obama make a replacement. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  6. It's this defeatist attitude that causes one to lose. The 2nd Amendment was put in as a fail safe so that the people could overthrow a corrupt government if all the other checks and balances failed. If everyone who believed in the Constitution and Freedom would get off their lazy asses and vote we wouldn't have to worry about these laws. If the laws were then somehow still jammed down our throats and everyone banded together in defiance the laws would be unenforceable. The real problem is everyone is worried only about themselves. When you bow down to Tyranny, you have lost all freedom, and are just Sheeple being herded along. If you think they will stop at 7 round limits I am sure others thought that when it was 15 round limits. There is no rationale for such laws except to disarm the populace. 800 Homicides a year are committed by Rifles. Less than those committed by knives. Why aren't they banning knives? They will continue to take more and more to the point that single shot only firearms will be allowed; if any are allowed. I believe Stalin, Hitler, Mao, and Pol Pot all employed similar strategies. 7. No need to ban him. Wish last thread wasn't locked before many could respond to his ridiculous statements. My guess is the guy was a cop relegated to Staten Island who left job early on some kind of Disability Claim. If he was even a cop. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  8. Thank you for the info. I will definitely look to buy the parts now. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  9. Lol. That looks like the one she wanted. Told her if she practices enough and gets good enough with the 10/22 she can get a pink AR in a couple years. Right now she is going on 13. So I figure 15-16yrs old. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  10. Congrats on the new addition to the family Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  11. I traded and got a 10/22 as part of the package. Bought pink stock on EBay for my daughter. Remove barrel band and screw and reuse main screw. Easier than buying a pink gun. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  12. Proposed question at the PA Forum what would they do if hypothetically their legislature was ruled by Liberal Dems overnight and governor signed similar law as proposed in NJ. Refreshingly not one person said they would comply regardless of possible prison time. A former NJ Resident now living in PA gave 7 great reasons to move there. One of which was PA gun rallies are passionate and effective. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  13. They did use divide and conquer in Oregon and it worked. Also Patriots didn't run to their side because most in the know realized it was about big business such as mining and ranching and not about using state lands for the public. Even though Bundy standoff was the same reasoning, most Patriots bought into Bundy's BS, and government did back down, even though they had counter snipers on the bridge and normally would have all been arrested. I think the Patriot movement took Oregon as fool me once shame on me fool me twice shame on you. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  14. I have kids and I am willing to take the risk so my kids can live free, but since so many others are afraid to the strategy of mass rebellion will not work. Thus I will go with plan B move to a place they can live free. Just remember if they pass 7 rounds next it will be 5 rounds. Eventually you will only be allowed to have single shot firearms. I hope you get a lot of time at the range to hone your skills, in case one day you need to protect your family. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  15. The possibility of prison will exist. It is a calculated risk that if everyone took I think would be worth taking and would finally win the fight. If they realize their laws are unenforceable they will stop trying to make new ones. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  16. Where did I say I would hide it? I think I said I would not bury any firearms, remove them from the state and still shoot them. I don't shoot competitively so that part doesn't really apply to me. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  17. So you would be willing to get arrested? Because we would likely be arrested. The end game is they will not be able to imprison and house us thus making their laws ineffective. This would also mean once arrested refusing to comply with turning in of any firearms? Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  18. Wrong I am willing to get arrested and face prison time assuming my strategy of mass protest is taken up. Ultimately do I want to go to prison no, my gamble is we won't go to prison because they won't be able to house us all. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  19. That is BS. Not complying means I will not turn in my guns. I will not move them out of state or bury them. However I won't take them to a competition full of people afraid to fight the fight. If range allows them yes I will bring them there and shoot them. If not I will shoot at alternative locations within the state. This whole argument is hypothetical and based on if they passed such draconian gun laws. Where has letter writing and phone calls got us? If the great majority refused to comply they would have to build new prisons to house us and feed us. That wouldn't happen because the state can't afford it, so their laws would be meaningless. However because in such a small sampling as this thread, I see multiple people afraid to do anything, based on a hypothetical, I realize that staying and fighting is pointless, because how many more will fold when actually faced with arrest? For a strategy of mass rebellion to work the vast majority would have to participate. Realizing that participation will be low, I would rather be somewhere where my Constitutional Rights are not infringed upon. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  20. Here's the beauty of it though. NJ passes law and people like myself leave. So yes they forced me out. However NJ becomes more and more of a broke hell hole because they lost more business owners and more jobs. Before this thread and hearing Marty's point of view I was willing to stay and fight. But to fight for those who aren't willing to fight themselves is a fools errand Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  21. Great point Hunter. The problem is we allowed too many homes to be built and too many to move from NY. Now the transplants outnumber us. Since I now realize so many of them will comply I will choose to leave to a free state. My kids know the word No. My older daughter got a cell phone at almost 13. Not at 10 when all her friends had one. She doesn't take it to school. She only takes it out of the house when there will be a need for her to call myself or her mother. Only reason she even got a cell phone was because her and her sister are usually two different directions. The younger one does not and will not have one till the same age. They will also understand leaving NJ for preserving our constitutional rights. They may not like it at first but they will adjust. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  22. The law also proposes banning any semi auto with a thumbhole stock or muzzle brake which would be new evil features of which you can't have any if magazine is detachable. So all AK Variants go but bye bye because of the pistol grip. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  23. I was 16 yrs old and didn't own any. The laws proposed aren't just for "Assault weapons" which is a Libetard term I hate using. But now 7 round limits that affects a whole lot of firearms. Or are they Assault Weapons now too? If you give up every gun with more than a 7 round limit next it will be 5 rounds. Then nothing more than single shot. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  24. I mentioned mag limits because that is the purpose of the thread and the laws they are proposing. Yes I am willing to move rather than comply over a M1 Garand the rifle that kept both myself and my children from speaking German. My kids will make new friends with hopefully better values. I was willing to stay and fight until I realized there are far too many transplants from NYC now in NJ who will comply. Don't lie to yourself Marty. To keep the kids happy you will gladly turn in all your firearms and any other weapon when the state tells you to. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  25. I knew it had to be one of the two places. And I have news for everyone the Heroin problem is not just in Manalapan HS but it is in the Middle School as well and has been for years. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
