I only have two PP's. One is spoken for with this and the other I'm trying to figure out what to do with. The bullet hole has several judges in stock @ decent prices from what I can see. that hi power at cheynne i believe is new. 45 gap is nice. but ammo not as widely distributed. It is avail, just not in alot of places if it makes sense. it is a higher compression 45 acp, in a smaller case. its a nice odball, and I love it in my XD. Once the press gets here, will be able to reload it, and shoot more. I believe there is a 1911 in a 45gap. =P but if I had to pick... browning hi power over 45 gap, over 5.7 but that is because I feel Browning Hi Powers are much more scarce/rare, yet a worldwide classic.

already went to homey D to go shopping. got denaturatilized? alcohol and klean strip. just have to decide if to keep it natural wood color and do oil, or to stain/dye it. leaning towards keeping it natural. worst case... can always pick up another one.

Just got a call today letting me know I can pick them up today. there was a delay as the chief was on vacation... but here it is, 20 days later. got my 7 permits. just have to pick them up tomorrow.

Picked up a Mosin from a board member and took it out to shoot today. Was fun. =P now the question is... shall I refinish the stock, or keep it original? I dont necessarily care about keeping it original state as much as having it look nice. so voila... anyone refinished any old mil surplus rifles?

brother owns a hi power. love it. absolutely amazing fit in the hand. I personally dont like the camo print... just cheapens a classic for me. I did see the camo one at Cheyenne a few months back.

honestly.... it doesnt surprise me.... i have had chats with a few people whom did not know a bb gun was considered a firearm. chad.... now you need to go to the judge and tell them,.... this is why i need a ccw. You just had a guy get a rifle out of his car at your place of business. =P
