Really 1.5 milliion? Its just an indoor space with a great ventilation unit. Why should it be so expensive? I would be interested in some kind of range venture. I read somewhere that grants are available from the Govt and the NRA. How about a owner(member)/operator?

Havent met any of you guys in person....yet. Need to give my AR some "playing" time Might as well put my visitors pass to use.

Those are the ones they didnt have yet. I told them to cancel them so I could yet the others shipped. But you never know. Maybe you are ahead of me in the backorder.

I have used plenty of Zero 125 FMJ FP's, Zero 147 JHP's in my G19 I just recently went through about 3500 Montana Gold 124 CMJ's as well. Now I have been using Berry's 124 FP's. Liked the Zero FMJFP the best...been on backorder since about June. The MG's skyrocketed in price. Tried Berry's because they were in stock & the price was right to experiment with. So far...I like the Berry's. But will get MORE of the Zeros when they come in. JM2C

Thanks guys. I thought I did a pretty decent job for my first "build" No range report as of yet. Looking to make some quality loads up for it. Finally got some SR primers.

Minimum age to shoot pistol
ah141nj replied to ah141nj's topic in Current New Jersey Gun Laws Discussion
Thats what I thought, just trying to make sure -
What is the minimun age a young adult has to be to shoot a pistol? Of course he/she will be in the company of a FID holder & a NRA pistol instructor if that matters. Cant find ino on this.

According to the ATF, the Magpul PRS is a no-go in Jersey. Doesnt the states authority overide federal? http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=8&f=50&t=386150

Thanks for the help Caine. So to be sure, I really need to take of my stock and measure the tube?

I have a few questions on pinning stocks, if you guys can help with the answers. If it is illegal to posses both a new adjustable stock & an AR, how can one measure the length to have it pinned? You do want to have it pinned according to what LOP you are comfortable with. I have a Colt Match Target Competition HBAR II w/a 16'' barrel. What would I need to change if I were to get an adjustable? The buffer, spring etc? change to what version? Is my rifle considered a carbine length or rifle length? On Magpul's website they list a commercial version & a mil-spec version of the CTR & MOE stocks. What are the differences?

I bought one of these a while ago, just in case I needed it. So far I havent. I have set it up in my yard several times though http://targetmeister.com/store/product/phr_target_system

I used a B&D workmate. 2 sheets of 3/4'' plywood. Threaded rods underside for stability. Recently added a sheet of 3/4'' MDF & t-tracks. I can add my single stage press, swage tool or my trimmer. It serves it's purpose for me. When I have company, I fold it up and put into my "furnace room"

I have been on Fios since it was available in my area...probably about 3-4 years now. Would never go back to cablevision. Better reception. Havent lost connection in internet or tv...yet. Faster internet. Nicer service techs on the phone. I have 5 cable boxes, 3 of them HD DVR's. Hi speed internet running their wireless router & my own wireless router. Running 2 hardwired desktops & 3-4 wireless laptops. Have thier phone service as well with unlimited & included long distance. It came out to about $60 cheaper than cablevision. And yes, they have the Sportsman Channel & the Outdoor Channel

I have been using 2 monitors for years. Started out as a 19'' lcd & a widescreen 17'' lcd pc/tv monitor. I had satelite TV wired to the 17. When I wasnt watching tv on it is was just a 2nd pc monitor. For the last 5 years I have a 20'' lcd & a 18'' lcd with a dual video card & ultramon. At home and the office. Would never go back using one monitor after 10 plus years with 2. Use a track ball. Better to manipulate the 2 screens then a mouse.

IMO $100 vs $1200 is a much better deal...even with a free gun, An XD is about $500, so it still costs $700. I am sure once you go they will have more discounted offers. It's $100 to "get your feet wet". At $100, I would even consider bringing my wife.
