CSJ's gun would make a fine trap gun and is priced right. Yes it would and is. I'll agree its a great price on a great gun.

IMHO whatever you're comfortable shooting and breaks the clays is a good trap gun. That said a lot of people use O/U's.

870 is a pump so provided the barrel is 18" and the overall length is 26" you're good.

You could get bit by any gun. I'd double check my grip and make sure its not changing.

Shotgun, problem solved

It seems the springs go bad from constant unloading/reloading and from over loading. Keeping them loaded shouldn't be a problem but a few more mags sure wont hurt.

Please, not this again Meh, People need to read the entire thing instead of just picking parts out of that letter. Like I said before that was a letter of clarification on items that were blatant clones of firearms on the blacklist.
