If you go to the Nutley Belleville area except to pay 1000-1300 dollars for a 1 bedroom apartment. It's quite expensive down in that area. M I live towards the Nutley border. I have a 3 bedroom apt I rent. First floor of a house and pay 1100. Got lucky and the area and place is nice. Closer towards the Newark area is a bit more shady.
