I'll let you know by tomorrow but I'm pretty sure I can make this since my wife is on vacation this week. I've been wanting to go to with your tuesday meets but this month was extra hard. If you cancel, please send me a notice right away. What did you get anyway? Did you get your shotty? Ryan

Merry Christmas everyone!

Be there by 2pm
-
I'm a maybe. If I finish Christmas shopping, then I should be good to go. I guess you're back in town.
-
Hey, thanks for the info man. I will have to look into that!

Like I said, I don't know much about firearms but I just tested my 10 rd mags from CZ and they do drop freely in my SP01 Phantom. I press the release and it drops. The MecGar mags seems to hang a bit.
-
Thanks Jon. I already got 5 in total 3 - 10 rd mags and 2 - 15 rd mags, and I did pay 40 for each! I think I'm good since I'm saving up for another gun. Thinking about getting an STI Trojan.

I found the site through google about gun information. I lurked for about 3 weeks and since I felt everyone was nice and helpful, decided to join.

I was just at the CZ USA website and it looks like I was sold a CZ 75 SP01 Phantom with the Mec-Gar 15 rd mags. I then bought 10 rd CZ mags. Sorry, don't know much about guns yet.

I am most likely be there. -
Oh, the 15 rd mags I believe is made by mecgar.

Hi man, as Nick (krdshrk) mentioned, I have an CZ 75 SP01. The gun came with what I believe is a 18 round mag pinned to 15. I bought it this way from Caso's Gun O Rama. They do not drop quite freely. You would need to jerk the gun to drop them but since I ordered 10 rd mags from CZ USA, they do drop freely. I'll double check that for you again tonight. I had a hard time finding 15 rd mags for my CZ. I didn't mind the 10 rd mags since I wanted to shoot USPSA production and they let you load 10 rds only.

As much as I wanna go, unless the forecast changes, I'm not making this one. I don't mind cold, but rain/snow is where I draw the line. IDPA on 12/19 then. Indoorrs!

The weather forecast is good for tomorrow but it is a little chilly. Is this event definite or can they still cancel? The only reason I'm asking is its a little more than an hour drive for me. -

I didn't think about that. Some ski thermals should help. I'll need to go to Dick's to get some ammo. I'll pick up a few of those handwarmers. -

If I heard it correctly they'll let you shoot twice but after that you have to be an idpa member.
