As far as I am concerned in any trial that you serve on it is the responsibility of the jurors to know what this is because the judge is certaintly not going to tell you this.

I have always gotten my permits in Woodbridge in 4 weeks max. Last Wed was 5 weeks. Stopped into talk to the lady in the permit office and she told me my paperwork was upstairs. The detective was very backed up. Tomorrow will be 6 weeks. I have never had to wait 6 weeks and I still don't have them.

Why would he send them out? Because anything over 15 round capacity is illegal in NJ unless pinned or blocked.
