I think a way to get qualification removed would be to have a pro-2A governor / legislature from a pro-2A state pass a similar law for voting rights. "Any legal citizen of the state must take a voter qualification course and score a minimum of 90% in order to receive a Permit to Vote card, card would be valid for 2 years from date of issue, applicant shall provide 4 references, be of good moral character and submit fingerprints." when the communists protest this and challenge this to the SCOTUS and it is struck down then any prerequisite to exercising a constitutional right will be dropped. my opinion of course.

I have bought this up in past posts about drivers licenses, It would be refreshing to see some pro 2a states especially along the eastern rt95 corridor stop accepting NJ drivers licenses and pass a law that fines NJ drivers for operating a motor vehicle without a state issued non-resident drivers license for example a state like Florida could issue a "Florida non-resident drivers license" whereas an applicant submits acceptable legitimate 6 point ID to the state of florida including your vehicle insurance company and policy number and citizenship status along with the make and type of vehicle you intend to operate within the state of florida along with a processing fee. I only made up florida as an example but any 2A state would work. we have to start fighting back like the dems, the problem is our side is too passive and fail to realize that we are at war with these commies.

I feel that that any injury sustained by a customer in any establishment that could be perceived by an average person to preventable be on the owner of that business. these injuries should be treated no different than any "slip and fall" injury or "coffee burn" where we see countless times where the victim is awarded millions of dollars. The owner of the establishment, using perverted reasoning chose to create a condition that that puts its customers at risk of an otherwise preventable injury, just like leaving the banana peel on the floor in the produce isle for an extended time these GFZ signs are no different. by placing these signs it must be understood that the ones placing these signs assumes all responsibilities for your safety and welfare and liable for any injury. Our gun advocacy groups should be sending letters to the owners / board of directors of businesses, malls owners or any other private property owners who make a corporate decision to post signage dictating constitutionally protected personal behavior within their publicly accessible property demanding the name and account of their insurance company and the level of liability insurance should any possibly preventable injury occur to any of it's members.
