  1. It would seem the ANJRPC is failing miserably at their stated mission, Can they be replaced as the official NRA state association?
  2. To send in a check do I use Nicks home address and who do I make it out to. The SAPPA site only seems to give donation information if you are using some kind of electronic transfer.
  3. "There's more to it. I'm not sure what her step 2, and 3" "The average Rushkie, Son, Don't take a dump without a plan" A line from The Hunt for Red October
  4. Why is it that we new jerseyians are always saddled with these politicians who defy nature and live well beyond the average life expectancy. we had to endure through frank Lautenberg as well. when are we going to get a break.
  5. I wanted a inexpensive digital to check the accuracy of the Dillon.
  6. I forgot to add that I currently use a Dillon eliminator that I have been using for about 30 years. For some reason it will no longer zero. It does seem to be accurate and linear but I have to set it to .6 grains to get it to zero.
  7. Can anyone recommend a digital scale for measuring powder. one that can down to 2.7 grains. I have been checking reviews on amazon but as usual there are many positive and negative.
  8. I think its way beyond time we start using every law on the books to start fighting back, For example on STS33 application do questions 21, 25, and 26 violate the ADA (American with Disabilities Act) If any of these questions were on a job application I think it would be considered a violation. Since question 26 compels you surrender your 4th and 5th amendments in order to "obtain" a right is that a violation of some law? The mental health consent form, requiring you to surrender your HIPPA** rights in order to "obtain" your constitutional rights? ** The mental health form might need some clarification from an attorney, The paragraph "I, __________________________________________________ am aware of my rights under N.J.S.A. 30:4-24.3, and the Health Insurance Portability and Insurance Accountability Act (HIPAA), 45 C.F.R. 164.50, and consent to the disclosure of my mental health records to the Chief of Police and the Superintendent of State Police, or their designees, for the purpose of verifying my fi rearms permit application and my fi t ness to own a fi re arm under N.J.S.A. 2C:58-3. I understand that copies of this authorization shall be considered sufficient authorization for the release of records. The way I understand that paragraph is that I consent to a search of any confinement to a Non-Correctional institute as listed under title 30, NOT a universal waiver of any medical records.. I think that PD's are using this consent as a blanket waiver which I think they should not be. Its time to start acting like a colony of red fire ants towards the Fifth columnists that have infested the State House in NJ. Anyway the Politicians in conjunction with their lawyers are probably planning their next move in the event that the courts hear this case. So hopefully Dwight and Nick are planning 10 steps ahead.
  9. "Interesting to note the 'broken language' under one of the FAQs " SP is probably trying to upgrade their computers to windows 98 and are running into some compatibility issues.
  10. If "regular" citizens can be arbitrarily denied by a chief for forgetting about an incident that may have occurred 25 or so years ago I think these fifth columnists who are CURRENTLY violating the law should be dealt with as well. from STS-033 "Falsification of this form is a crime of the third degree as provided in NJS 2C:39-10c." Almost ALL politicians currently in office in NJ should also be charged with False Swearing as NJ laws says it should be 41:3-1. False swearing, affirmation of declaration; perjury If any person shall willfully and corruptly swear, affirm or declare falsely, in or by any oath, affirmation, declaration or affidavit, required to be made or taken by any statute of this state, or necessary or proper to be made, taken or used in any court of this state, or for any lawful purpose whatever, such person shall be deemed guilty of perjury and punished accordingly. 41:1-2. Persons required to take oath of allegiance The governor for the time being of this state, and every person who shall be appointed or elected to any office, legislative, executive or judicial, under the authority of this state, or to any office in the militia thereof, and every counselor, solicitor and attorney at law, shall, before he enters upon the execution of his trust, office or duty, take and subscribe the oath of allegiance prescribed by section 41:1-1 of this title. 41:1-1. Oath of allegiance; form Every person who is or shall be required by law to give assurance of fidelity and attachment to the Government of this State shall take the following oath of allegiance: "I, , do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of New Jersey, and that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same and to the Governments established in the United States and in this State, under the authority of the people So help me God." It's time to start charging ANY official who falls into the definition of 41: 1-2 with perjury if they falsely swore an oath to support the constitution of the United States and than use their elected position to vote against the very same constitution they swore to support!!!!
  11. perhaps they are contemplating issuing Nick and Dwight permits to make this thing go away? On another note has the police chief in the town Sweeny lives in started any investigation on his permits and his falsification of his applications for answering "no" to question 28? ( "or which seeks to deny others their rights under the Constitution" ) His voting record in the senate is all the proof they need.
  12. Mr. Purpura should start targeting the "oath breakers" that are in office as well. There is a law on the books pertaining to this, I believe it falls under perjury.
  13. Has anyone ever heard of this, "Civil Commitment Automated Tracking System" https://www.judiciary.state.nj.us/pressrel/2013/pr130822a.htm apparently there are well over 400,000 just from NJ that are on this "list" which is added to the NICS for denial purposes. They are scouring records going back to 1975, I have to wonder just how accurate paper records from that era are and how many innocent people will get scooped up with this without any recourse. It does indicate involuntary commitments but soon it will probably include flu shots as a disqualifier.
  14. "or a valid permit to carry a handgun " does that include the ones we can get such as Florida or Utah?
  15. Bought my first handgun from centaur firearms in Lodi back in the late 70's.
  16. Judge must be waiting for close of business before a 3 day weekend, this way 3 days are lost for any reply.
  17. Sorry, what I meant to ask was I moved about 12 years ago, would like to buy some more guns before this anti-gun craze builds.
  18. Is there any known problems for someone who never did a change of address, say over 10 years.
  19. probable cause is now at the cops discretion, not a warrant issued by a judge. now ANYTHING the cop feels is probable cause, even an anonymous "tip" will be used as probable cause just like anti-gunners who call in alarms on open carriers in free states. the police state has taken over. this action by the NJSC only increases the distrust between us and them. People shouldn't think for a second that there's nothing to be concerned with just because we are all law abiding, next they will come up with an excuse for warrantless house searches. I'm sure there will be an incident in short order that goes to the SCOTUS on this matter.
  20. NJ Supreme court has overturned a previous ruling and is now allowing warrantless car searches. Now a cop can stop you for whatever violation fits and for no reason search your car. so scrape those "3 percenter" , "oathkeeper" and gun related bumper stickers off your car, make sure your turn signals work as any of those will be their probable cause . The Police State NJ.
  21. I don't see an address on the SAPPA website to send a check to them for support only digital methods of contributing. does anyone know if its hidden somewhere on their website?
  22. Sweeny trying to override veto of S2360, NJ.com has an article about the democrats and some republicans trying to override a bill that was vetoed. The article goes on to say that local county and state law enforcement would be alerted if someone with a history of mental history asks a judge to expunge their record of psychiatric treatment so they can buy a firearm. Exactly what would be expunged? Can anyone explain just what records of treatment they are talking about. We have to fill out that consent form when we buy guns which checks for a court ordered commitment to a institution, just what records are they talking about. I don't think any other records exist other than a court ordered commitment. The act of just going to see a doctor is not on any record that is available to them, If that was the case half of the gun owners in NJ would be prohibited. Just because a person seeks help from a doctor the only way a record would be created is if the patient expressed a willingness to hurt themselves or others. I shoot with several people who are currently seeing a shrink once in a while and never answer yes on any form as is their 5th amendment right not to. Anybody know the answer to this it just seems a bit odd to me.
  23. Bought most of my early guns there, The old man always had a saying when he rung up your sale. " The register rings and Meltzer sings" was one I remember, also remember once the total came to $19.20 "$19.20 and Mr Meltzer gets his money" seemed to have one for every price.
