  1. Interesting they’ll probably revamp it and try some other shit again after the midterms
  2. I believe the consensus was days, period. over 90 days is suspicious at best... BTW if you’re going to omit the holidays you should have omitted the weekends too, just saying
  3. you might want to re-calculate if you applied on 13 July then 10/25/2022 is 104 days I’m at 102 days as of today (10/25/2022)

  5. Two things, the TRO has a good chance but it’s NOT a slam-dump. And if you listened to the entire episode you also heard Mr C said donate because the legal battles aren’t free. So just a friendly reminder to throw a few bucks at the local 2A orgs
  6. THURSDAY: CARRY-KILLER BILL MOVING IN BOTH SENATE COMMITTEE AND FULL ASSEMBLY Please Keep Contacting Legislators! https://www.anjrpc.org/general/custom.asp?page=URGENTCarryKillerBillMovingThursday
  7. Its like you said on GFH Radio a few episodes back they were perfectly OK with the law before the SC decision when only the elites could obtain permits. its messed up they are pushing back and it’s clear how they are in total meltdown mode. Like you said yesterday now is the time to open the wallets and donate to the local 2A groups….
  8. I don’t get out that way too much but if it still open that’s good to hear. I know it was a one man operation and the guy was juggling phones, faxes and walk-ins all at the same. If that’s fished its conclusion probably came at the hand of the scamdemic but if it survived it as you say good for him. that was already covered in the post I linked to... its been reduced to safes and a small assorted of firearms. The manager Eric (IIRC) is from the original store and has an FFL
  9. The old Sportsmen’s Center on Rt 130 Bordentown NJ has safes, at least they did last time I was there. I say the old Sportsmen’s center because they use to have the entire property but it appears its sub divided now. I went in there to purchase a Henry Lever action and noticed they had a bunch of safes, that was a few years ago. If you're interested call them first to make sure they are up and running. when I was there it appeared to be a one man operation https://www.henryusa.com/dealer-location/sportsmens-center/ the above is a copy + paste from this thread I would call first before driving out, I have a Liberty that I purchased used from a private party. I'm not a fan of the digital safes, I like the old school dial type

  11. that reminds me about the story Ed Henry talked about this morning. I know most here have no use for the NFL but Ed said Tyreek Hill (one of the great NFL receivers) was going to sign the NJ Jets but when he realized he's get killed with NY/NJ taxes he opted for Miami instead LOL. I know NFL players make more in a season then I'll ever see in a lifetime but I can't blame him https://nypost.com/2022/10/03/tyreek-hill-picked-dolphins-over-jets-due-to-state-taxes/ anyhow we're at $3.57 currently and it took $44 to fill a Toyota yesterday. FJB and f**k $3.50 gas, give us back the mean tweets and $2.00 gas.
  12. I think that’s where its going for now at least prior to both side lawyering-up. With Trenton being in Mercer I think Mercer is slow walking the permits waiting for lawmakers to enact its new carry laws. Over in the county by county thread they are saying two were issued in Mercer but I think there is more to the story than just two applicants just going through normal channels, at best Mercer should be yellow Welcome to the forum. Are you sure about July 16? The 16th was a Saturday and I don't think the HTPD Firearms Unit has hours on Saturday. https://www.hamiltonnj.com/231/Firearms-Unit
  13. At the very least you should have Type 3 surge protectors for your sensitive electronics if not a UPS (uninterruptible power supply). If you have a power outage the UPS allows for a graceful shutdown. We have a couple UPS units for our home network and I installed a Type 2 surge protector in my panel
  14. Someone likely got that $2 figure from the fee paid to local PD for the $2 for each permit to purchase a handgun. As you know that was for the old hard copy permit(s) in triplicate which is now processed online via FARS. The state loves their paperwork
  15. agree, I went to one once and seen Mr C of GFH grill a few politicians
  16. Thanks for making my point, again -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BTW it appears there was a small window open to register to Testify but they aren't going to want that so it was closed. I wonder if any of the 2A groups were able to register? https://www.njleg.state.nj.us/live-proceedings/2022-10-17-10:00:00/AJU/Meeting/register-to-testify
  17. I think that was the initial thought but they may have revisited that and changed back to standard cap AKA no limit. You just knew they were going to go into full meltdown with just the idea that conceal carry could become a reality in NJ for the people. This is just me thinking out loud but I think its all connected. If the AWB is about to fall this could be their way of striking back in advance,. Instead of going after real crime or fixing property taxes, wasteful state spending and all the damage Murphy and all his cronies did during the scamdemic they focus on a non-existent problems like conceal carry.
  18. MONDAY: ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE TO CONSIDER BILL THAT WOULD KILL RIGHT TO CARRY & MORE Please Keep Contacting Legislators! October 14, 2022. On Monday, October 17 at 10:00 a.m., the New Jersey Assembly Judiciary Committee is scheduled to consider A4769 – legislation designed to do an end-run around the U.S. Supreme Court’s ground-breaking Bruen decision and destroy right to carry in the Garden State, among many other things. https://www.anjrpc.org/general/custom.asp?page=CommitteeToHearAntiCarryBill
  19. A little off topic there aren’t we? PA has 2A built into their state Constitution so a Dim sign posted in Philly and $2 will get you a cup of coffee at WaWa https://foac-pac.org/uploads/FOAC-Constitutions/Constitution of Pennsylvania-1968.pdf
  20. You have to love how they were fine with the law when only the ruling class was able to obtain conceal carry permits. Now that the average citizen would be able to exercise their rights they are in complete and total panic mode. I want to see how they do the exemptions for the elites If/when ever signed into law. snipped from another forum
  21. October 13, 2022. At a press conference today, legislative leaders in the New Jersey state house announced plans to attack and destroy right to carry, in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent Bruen decision upholding right to carry and making it impossible for states like New Jersey to continue blocking issuance of carry permits. https://www.anjrpc.org/page/LawmakersToDestroyCarryRights if already posted elsewhere please delete
