Notes - anything pertaining to the application process (unforeseen difficulties, chief of police calling your home, you hiring an attorney, etc.): Detective DeLea was away for two weeks and one reference never received a letter, both of which caused a delay. The women in the records department and Detective DeLea were all courteous and gave no problems.
