I HATE paying for people to live their lives while I work to the bone just so I can one day retire. I work in a place where I see first hand government tax dollars wasted so drunk men can eat and sleep in comfort on a daily basis. Premiums go up taxes go up Obama care starts my insurance to rise preparation for the worse. I will never have kids unfortunately and that is a fact... but damned if I don't mind paying for their saftey. Its necessary..unless staff is forced to take armed crisis intervention courses on that two month break they get every year. Since thats not the case police will do. Just wish we could spank the parents for not setting the kids straight and encouraging them to do better in life.

The doctor was who prescribed you the medication that made you physically dependant then you took the proper steps to take yourself off the physical dependence. This is a typical problem that needs to be addressed. Trusting doctors who over prescribe pain meds and make their patients physically depended. I understand pain and the need to rid yourself from it.. I feel that drug companies as well as government should take more aggressive steps to make no dependant medications. The ammount of money made by these companies by pushing legal drugs is insane. You awnsered properly in my book I'm not sure where that falls legally so I'm just expressing my anger but if you feel that you were following Dr orders and not being a junkie stick with your answers and fight it legally if anything arises. So I've never had an interest in non hunting rifles but with pigs in NJ and the best gun sales man ever getting me all worked up I'm thinking a good 223 in the safe makes sense. I brought my I'd card in 7 weeks ago for an address change and still no call. I don't want to tie up police resources with annoying phone calls but how long does an address change take. They also took my old card this time last time I moved they didn't. Anyone have experience in wanaque??

Only Timmy or Tony from Franks in ringwood touch my bows.. they have a decent selection but mostly the top end bows.. mathews bowtecharchery and diamond which is bowtecharchery are carried well. Worth the ride I think.

This is why I like mom and pop shops. Any time I've dealt with Ramsey outdoor the old man in paramus knew his job well. Last time I was in the Ramsey location I got turned off and left still like the store just need to do my own homework before I go. Oddly enough my next stop was Davis and same thing but holy attitude don't know if ill ever go back there they got me steamed. Wound up driving to a small shop close to home and bam no problems. Funny I thought the gun was used to keep quacks out of your home. Iol. In the past few years I've actually become sick following politics and congress. The 38 is for the wife I was looking at the bodyguard. She shoots well but in the shite I figure lazer and light just point pull trigger. No slide clip or saftey yo worry about. She would do well with a larger gun I'm sure so in all its up to her. She shot a 44 black hawk no problem and she's 115 lbs. But will she shoot a 45 per say enough to know the gun inside and out...who knows. Right now she sleeps with an 835 moss Turkey sight buckshot.. I gotta scream to her every time I come home early lol.. as for the 10 its not for hunting as much as it is defense. NOT TO GET INTO THE BEAR DEBATE But I have no faith in spray, I'm sure it works great on a bear in a corn pile or one walking by but the one if ever it happens that decides your done goes into charge mode pepper wont cut it in my book.. Ive seen 10 rnds of 200+ hardcast 10 mm put a face size hole through concrete blocks. So when I make my way north I can fish or bowhunt with comfort. The reason I like the glock is concealment and functionality. There ugly as sin and I never thought I would buy one till I shot one. Anyway I do plan on reloading eventually I was given the press when my parents moved to FL. (Big mistake pops had to get a new one now that he's hog crazy). I just don't have time to play with it right now. When that time comes ill be back here looking for teachers in the ringwood area.

I'm more a hunter in NJ I'd rather buy a mLoader over an A.R. so I plan on buying two hand guns total.. A 10mm and a 38. Revolver for the wife then I'm done....I think

Last question and most important who in north Jersey carries the 10mm I've driven all over going to the local shops and no one had the 20 or 29 let alone 10mm ammo.

Ok if I were to go 4th Gen 29sf with extended mag (pinky grip thing lol) would I be losing any velocity with a shorter barrel.. or if I went 20 SF compensation would I lose velocity from the compensation?? Just asking so I know. I think I like the concealment of the 29 ( not for jersey of course) but I would need to put my pinky some where. I have paws.. lifter hands with Med size fingers fat and short wont mix well. Hands guys hands.. good replys. So after a few weeks of research I've finally decided. I'm looking at the g20 or29 with 29 being my top so far. I'm trying to shoot them side by side but my buddy with the 29 has a new story every time I call. Out the door I'm ordering that. Lone wolf 10mm replacement for hardcast bullets and the 45 replacement. If I go 29 ill also order 14 rd clips with extension mod. Rounds will be bulk target rds mostly 45 for fun. 10mm double tap 180 gr hps for the home.. and 10mm 230 gr hardcast for Alaska when ever it is I get to go :/ Now I'm at my question one does this sound about right?? Versatile and effective. Also what Gen I've been told stay away from Gen 4 but I like new so I ask you the pros what Gen flock 20 or 29 would you get??

Guy at work tells me you can get a sportsman carry permit. To top It will be issued unlike a concealed carry in NJ. Used for in woods activity only transport still follows typical transportation as if going to the range. Cannot be used to hunt obviously but for protection of predators. I call BS but after Google search I find nothing on sportsman carry NJ. So I ask you is he full of it or is there something I'm missing??

I've never had a clear understanding about knife laws in NJ. It's very confusing lol.. I do know that most police could care less unless 1. They are performing a traffic stop. At this point I would remove the knife or tell them you have one if being removed from the vehicle. Respect goes a long way as well as the paperwork associated with the knife. 2. You are in a fist fight and your carrying what then will only be described as a weapon not a tool. Many jobs require the use of knives and cutters from EMS to working fishermen on the docks. Where I work any contraband must be filed with police be it narcotics, fire arms, . Knives and box cutters are not on that list and have been returned to people upon discharge. Honestly I've never even questioned it but now Im gonna have to ask my cop friends. If anyone has a clear understanding of the laws I would love to know. I personnaly carry my Buck knife folder on my belt regularly. I have never had a problem.

It all depends on the records.. are they considered public records if so have at them. If its being used a basic public knowledge no harm done in states eyes. Unless it can be shown its being used to slander someones character. If they start to make statements about the residents being hostile, criminal,unfit citizens I'd be first to contact a lawyer. Media used to be important and trusted. Now its a soap opera, how sad or evil can we make this music sound.

So I've narrowed it down I know there all different but I'm at a loss. Here's where I'm at.. 1. Walther ppq.. I love it.. I wanted a 45. But this puppy is a quality gun for a great price. 2. M&P 40 also nice.. the fit to me is in the same boat as the ppq. I did not get to fire the gun however. There is a member on the boards who has offered a decent price for one as well so price is neck and neck. 3. Xdm compact. I get the round I want. This gun feels like it was molded to my hand. It is a little large for a compact I thought but it could be in my head I'm spinning from looking at guns. Another didn't shoot gun. Last I want to throw it out there.. The five seven.. what an awesome looking gun. My concern is the bullet lol wouldn't you have a lack of stopping power with a hint of over penetration?? Ill have to look into this more. Anyway there's the few I'm looking into seriously. I'm on a hunt to track down a buddy or coworker who owns one of the two I didn't shoot. Any pros cons or feedback would be great..
