  1. I am not sure but they were like 1/2 the price I paid at the drug store or walmart. When I go there I will check.
  2. ShopRite sells them, and pretty cheap too (Duracell).
  3. We will be discussing it next week on GFH radio along with some other ideas. We couldn't do today as Anthony had Darren goins from NRA on the show so we got bumped to next week. Plus it worked out good with Albert meeting Alan Gottlieb.
  4. I would go to a range and make the trade there. McDonald's? You will most likely get away with it but that doesn't make it any less legal.
  5. I have been wanting a Husky ever since but I am waiting for the kids to grow a little since it's already a full time job taking care of them, don't need to add a dog to the mix.
  6. It absolutely is a 1A issue. Facebook is not deleting posts. The police department (Government) is. They probably cannot do "anything they like" to your posts. This happened in Hawaii, they sued, and the PD changed their policy. http://www.firstamendmentcenter.org/hawaii-gun-group-sues-police-over-deleted-facebook-posts http://www.hawaiidefensefoundation.org/on-featured/police-fan-page-brings-amendment-lawsuit/
  7. Someone needs to sue them for violating the 1st amendment.
  8. I suppose the law would equate storage with possession. You are only allowed to possess firearms within certain exemptions and your home is one of them.
  9. Hmm. I am thinking of becoming a notary... Just have to contact LD24 to get their endorsement. I would volunteer to help out.
  10. My opinion is that Scott Bach won't touch this unless we get serious commitment or another case in another state/circuit resolved in our favor, like Peruta. But we do need to organize. We can't just have 5-10 or a few hundred people. It must be thousands. We should be shutting down Trenton and they must fear our power as a voting bloc.
  11. Guys, Dave is right. I would be #2 on that list. Don't buy the myth that you will be turned down for FID/PPP. In fact if that is the case it can only help us. We need to reorganize and strategize. NJ2AS had a list for people willing to submit a carry app and only about 50 signed up. The turnout in NJ is piss poor. We wouldn't have been talking about this, nor the 10 round limit, nor any of the other anti-gun bills if we had gotten out en masse last year and voted the bums out. If Sweeney was out on his ass and maybe even Weinberg (although I do admit that is a heavy lift) you know that they would scurry and run for cover? We would rule the state. We need committed people and we need the numbers. NOW. Not tomorrow. It is crystal clear that the court system is not going to save us. Some white knight isn't going to come in and save us. WE need to do this for ourselves. Don't even think it's just about someone and their "john wayne fantasy." In Chicago/Illinois when they got their right to carry the whole anti gun establishment went into full retreat. We can do it if people just WAKE UP!!!
  12. They probably aren't sure whether they'd be subjected to any penalties by NJ and just err on the side of caution.
  13. He can appeal to the appellate court but I don't know if he's going to. With Drake denied they are emboldened.
  14. IIRC, all gun sales must be FTF per federal law, unless it's C&R or other FFL on the receiving end.
  15. Plenty do, but some will flip sooner or later. Keep thinking that "just move" will solve the problem.
  16. That is the judge and the prosecutor's answer. It's in the reply brief from the county prosecutor. It's judge Conforti who apparently is a well known anti and has had some shady stuff surrounding him.
  17. He might be undercover LE. Tell him that what he is doing is illegal, no sale unless he does it legally.
