hows that?! lol My 2000 excursion with the V10 and factory 4.30 gears has rarely broken 11mpg on the highway.. Averaging mid 9's with mixed driving.. Sad thing is, my '09 F250 crewcab with the 5.4 and 5 speed auto hardly does any better!

damn, tomorrow is out for me.. I may take the day off wednesday and try and get there. May make it a daddy daughter date at the range. She leaves thursday morning for 3 months in florida for a horse show..

I just picked up a 2000$+ matress for less than 500$ at the freehold mall sears. Going out of business sale. Though i think most or all will be some sort of memory foam, but may be worth checking it out if its not that far for you. I was on a 20 year old pillow top old school mattress from BJ's.. I must say, this new one is a treat! Im loving it. it is memory foam on top, but a firm matress. Cooling gel layer too; i normally sweat like a pig at night, but not anymore.. Ron

If you were close by, id pick up some of the Brenneke style slugs just for the hell of it and to have 'just in case'.. But i hunt with Sabots; particularly remington copper solids.. always on the look out for them at a good price! very pricey when im low and need to grab a couple boxes at the nearest store..

anyone figure out how the small eye piece caps attach; i assume to the strap? theres slotted holes like the strap goes through them or something

Yup, thats the one! Fits Gen 1-4, does NOT fit Gen 5. just make sure you dont have the newest Gen 5 Glock 22... It did take about 10 days or so before i received. Not fast shippers... Ron

By 'Native mobile interface', your just refering to the way the site is automatically layed out when you access it from the browser on a phone? Or is there something better that i could be doing? I use tapatalk for a lot of my other hobby forums and it just is much simplier to navigate; but specifically for me, its just much easier to read now that my aging eyes are screwing with me....

I loaded 10 rounds of 9mm into the new 40 cal glock factory mag. Loaded and held 10 rounds just fine. I manually chambered and racked through all 10 rounds. Cycled through all 10 perfectly fine. I did NOT get a chance to get outside and fire the gun, but no reason why it wont work fine just as i had researched and read. So go ahead and order that 45$ BCA barrel..No new mags needed... they even have a threaded barrel for the same price, for those looking to put a can on the end... Ron

Too me, it’s a no brained.. 45$ to shoot 9mm from the .40 gun. And switch back and forth with a 1 minute barrel change at will... i have not had a chance to shoot it yet with the 9mm barrel. But all my research and reading, you only need to change the barrel. 40 magazines are suposed to work fine as long as they don’t have major wear and slop. When I get a chance later, I’ll load some 9’s in the 40 mags and see if they stay put and rack through the gun.. may even rip off a few rounds in the woods out back and put this issue to rest..

What are people doing for browsing and posting with their cell phones as opposed to sitting at the PC? I know the forum works on the safari browser on my iPhone, it just isn’t as easy to navigate and not as easy to read. Before I became more active around here, I remember NJGF on my tapatalk app. Seems it’s gone and not listed with tapatalk anymore..? Ron

Dont now how you made this deal happen, but i'll gladly try out other products.. like maybe a nice Dan Wesson, or a Troy, or that new little Hellcat that wont stop popping up on every damn websites advertisments.....

Recieved binocs a couple hours ago and refund an hour after that! Thanks @Maksim for hooking us all up with a sweet deal! I'll have to wait until tommorrow with some light outside to try these things out, but based on everyone elses comments, i expect to be very happy! Ive never owned a decent pair, just the typical department store generic ones. Wonder if these will be powerful enough for range use to view targets at 100+ yards??? I was about to pick up a amazon 40$ spotting scope for the ranger, but maybe these will suffice... Thanks Again! Ron

Prices on good conversion barrels are pretty darn cheap.. Heres on example; i picked this up a couple weeks ago. less than 45$ to my door. Havnt got to the range with it yet, but word is it works fine with the .40 mags and ejector. For a complete conversion, you could change the ejector anyway and pick up new 9mm mags. That'll be my next purchase too.. Why not have all three barrels just for the hell of it. With 1 minute barrel swaps, its like having three diffferent guns.. Sorta like having my girlfriend wear a different color wig to bed each night.. Ron

@Maksim I just realized when i ordered, i ordered like usual with my amazon prime, that then takes the money directly from my checking account. So these binocs were not paid for via PayPal. Is that an issue as the email states that the refund is issued through PayPal? SHould i cancel my order; rebuy the binocs, and then look for a paypal option at amazons checkout? Thanks Ron

No ones called me that since elementary school! And it was Ronnie! Anyway, everything i am reading is that the 40 cal. magazines will work fine; especially if they have little use (or zero previous use like mine). Also the .40 extractor works fine, just the brass flings a little on the wild side.. same deal with the .357 sig conversion barrrel. I like the idea of 1 gun and 3 barrel choices. Really makes the Glock 22 gen 4 a good buy decision since they are cheap to come by as .40 popularity fades away now that 9mm+P has taken its place. Ron
