Somewhere in  NJ there is a club that hats going to run a 200 yd .22lr shooting match but I don’t remember where. Anyone have a idea who?

With a 32 inch drop @ 200 yards, not to mention any wind influence, .22LR would certainly be a challenge. Albeit a frustrating one!

I know they have some ridiculously far .22lr long-range events in other parts of the country... but I wasn't even aware of anything over 100 yards in Joisey. I'll be interested to see who chimes in with info, because I've been thinking that might be a fun supplement to the high-power stuff.

Drop is relatively easy, but even a gentle breeze will knock a tiny 40gr pill all over the place.

Sheepdog Warrior in Catskill NY regularly runs rimfire matches.

Obviously not NJ, but not terrible far depending on where you live...

Correction

The match is in Bridgeville Gun Club Delaware

September 7th. I’ve shot this match before at Cherry Ridge before. The match was prone. The drop is a known factor. If you have a good zero the ballistics and drop can be found. The match is far for me but I’ll try to be there.

The same challenge as a 308 @ 800
