reloaderguy 30 Posted June 28, 2012 Only if the FFL accepts it from a non FFL. It is legal but all the ffl's I know will not accept from private party's. You have to call your FFL and ask before the seller ships it. If not the seller will have to bring to his ffl and have it shipped to your ffl. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
lunker 274 Posted June 29, 2012 Don't accept using a lame FFL. Find one who will accept from a private party. If you use one that doesn't, many sellers don't want the hassle. halbautomatisch 60 Posted June 29, 2012 I think the Lincoln Park True Value will accept a firearm from a non FFL, you should call them to confirm. Transfers are only $40 with NICS included.
