Coming up on September 29th: NRA Basic Pistol.

NRA Basic Pistol provides a comprehensive foundation to pistol shooting in all action types. It is designed to give the student insight to the Knowledge, Skills and Attitude appropriate for safe, recreational pistol shooting. NRA Basic Pistol is an 8-10-hour training course that covers the major pistol actions (ie single and double action revolver, and semi-automatic handguns). The course is part class, part live-fire. The focus is on safe gun handling and the fundamentals of shooting a pistol. This course serves as a natural precursor for more advanced classes, such as Personal Protection Inside and Outside the Home, and concealed carry techniques.
