As a non-resident, can I bring down and possess a long gun? Examples, keep it in my vehicle (locked?, loaded ?) or bring it to a relative or a friends home and leave it there  for the duration of my stay? What if i want to store it long term, are they allowed to shelter it or would it need to be transferred thru a FFL until the time comes to transfer it back or even just take it back ftf should I become a resident. Would my FL ccw have any effect on any of this? I looked up info on the NRA-ILA site  but didnt see a specific for non resident. I will do my own diligence but would appreciate any insight from guys here.
