Two Great Classes offered Next Saturday 11/20/2010 at our GFH East location in Bayonne NJ. First Class from 3:00 - 6:00 pm Low Light - No Light Live fire Class only $200.00 per person. This class is limited to 8 students so please email me if you would like to attend. The Low-Light Pistol Class will serve as an introduction to operating in a no-light or low light situation. The student will be introduced to various shooting positions using both a hand held flash light and weapon mounted light. The student will progress from dry fire exercises to live fire training in a low-light and no light shooting situation. Topics covered to include, Proper Selection of hand held and weapon mounted light system. Use of Night Sights Operating in Low Light Vision Conditions One handed shooting techniques Multiple shooting positions using the flashlight. Multiple targets,Shooting on the move while using the flash light Weapon Manipulation in Low Light Conditions (reloads,malfunctions) Proper Techniques of Building Search while using the flash light Required Equipment, Pistol, 3 magazines, holster, magazine holders, 250 Rounds of ammunition (night sights recommended but not mandatory). Two fully charged or battery powered flash lights, weapon mounted or hand held (extra batteries). If using a weapon mounted light you must also bring a hand held flash light. Flashlight holder (belt style preferred). Eye and ear protection. Second Class We are also offering an open Pistol Clinic from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm for only $30.00 per person. Bring your guns and your ammo and join the clinic. Our expert instructors will be there to "tune" up your shooting. This class is very limited so if you would like to attend please respond asap. It is official! Gun For Hire is now offering our services in three great locations to insure that everyone has access to our great programs. At our new Gun For Hire South location we will be offering all of the same training as before in addition to 100yd and 300yd shooting capabilities. Build a beAR Workshop™ Want to build your own AR style rifle from scratch? Gun For Hire is now offering a Build a beAR™ Workshop. This is the class for you. We are now offering a three-part class where you will spec, order, build, and shoot your own AR rifle! We supply the Tools - Skills - Guidance - and Expertise. You can build your own for less and it will be customized to you. We will be holding two introduction classes and you can attend either one on either Tuesday, 10/5 from 6-9 pm or Sunday, 10/10 from 4-7 pm. The second class will have you with your parts build your entire lower assembly. In the third class you will then build your upper assembly and mate them together. Then we go shoot them! Class two and three will be scheduled on the night of class one by consensus. The cost of each class will be $125.00 ($375.00 total) payable at each class. Note: As part of this class you will have to purchase a "lower" assembly so you must have a valid firearms ID card. We will also help direct you in the purchase of your lower as well as other parts but you are free to buy from wherever you want. We will not be selling any parts at the school.
