  1. People in the neighborhood would be running to your house for help. The same ones that said, "what the hell do you need a gun for!"
  2. Enough ammo for HD That's how she's kept, not loaded but rounds on the side and stock. Ready to go if needed.
  3. Chad, that's the kind of light mount I want for my shotgun. Can you give me some information on it?

    $300 !

I saw 3 mossberg mariner's at the Dick's in Woodbridge 2 weeks ago. The guy that worked there said they keep a good supply running in the store.
  5. I can't wait to bring her to the range tomorrow! "Sorry officer, I ran out of ammo so I stabbed him with my pistol?"
  6. I used to use PMC and Wolf when I first started to shot my AR. It was dirty and now I only shoot American made rounds.
  7. Actually yes, but it's not a priority right now. Good ones are expensive and I don't want to be cheap. Maybe Christmas I'll ask for one.
  8. Good thing there's no graveyard in Bayonne, if there was I'd be freaking out!

Have you decided yet? What gunshop sells a good supply of used firearms? 300 bucks might just do it, no?
  10. Have you thought about sending it to Ruger? Let them figure it out.
  11. The package says "quick-release knife" but that thing ain't goin anywhere. It's on there for good.
  12. Put it on here and you might sell it faster than you think.
  13. I thought I was the only one that watched zombie movies, until I met my wife. She grew up on the other side of the world, literaly, and her and her sisters watched the same crazy corny zombie movies that me and my sisters watched growing up. Now that I am on this forum and others (beretta and xd) I here alot of talk about zombie guns and needing to buy a gun just in case the zombies come. Do some of you really believe this like I do, or am I just nuts like my wife says.
  14. This is my new setup for the home defense handgun. I've stepped up from a Taurus M85 with the XD 45 tactical. I mounted the laserlyte bi-rail so I could use both the Streamlight TR1 and the new Ka-Bar pistol mounted knife. It's extremly sharpe and comes with a little plastic sheath. The setup does add some weight to the pistol but I'm not carrying it all day and the weight is on the front end to it would keep the barrel down for faster follow-up shots. I was wondering if anyone else has one or thought about getting one. I love it alot. It is functional but some might think a little too tactical, no?
  15. Gotta watch out for them dam zombies!
  16. Aboslutely nothing. My wife got me that ka-bar pistol mounted knife for father's day and I mounted on my XD 45 tactical along with the bi-rail setup so I could also mount my streamlight TR1 on the side of the gun. Check out my avitar. I'm trying to figure out how to post it as a topic, but I'm dumb.
  17. I have the paperwork now and I'm gonna call "gun for hire" and take that class they have. The class is this August and it costs $50 bucks. And they get you fingerprinted and notary public.

That's right tim, he's got three new honey's and he hasen't popped off any rounds with them. Maybe take that 300 bucks, buy some ammo for them, and blast away!
  19. I have a bunch of these mags but I leave them at my parents house in Pennsy. They are heavier than you think and I've never had an issue with them. For 18 bucks or so you can't go wrong.
  20. My old man has a one of these Pythons and I've been wanting to shoot it for years. I think he shot it maybe once, he then cleaned it and put her back in the safe. Haven't seen it since and he won't let me touch it without washing my hands first.
  21. It must be Jersey legal because I saw it in a gun shop on Saturday.
  22. If POSSIBLE, pack up the jeep and head to mommy and daddy's house in PA. If not possible, we have the supplies on hand to hang around the house for a while.
  23. How many guns, where they are located, loaded or not, locked in a safe or out in the open. We could discuss this forever. Everyone here lives in a different part of the state and some have different needs than others. I think we can all agree that the minimum should be a pistol with a flashlight on the rail or close by. Anything more could be whatever your needs (or wants) suggest.
