  1. This controversy is racism not patriotism. Muslims aren't a race. You liberals want to turn this into racism. It isn't. It's respect for the 2600 people killed by muslims. You want to down there and piss on their graves, go ahead. Anywhere will do, pieces of human DNA is all over the area. The "Community center" will behave just like a mosque. The mosque that was there before was NOT on this space. This is a new muslim victory center. Build the fucker somewhere else. Your absolutely right, Islam is not a race but this boils down to resentment towards all people of middle eastern decent of which a majority are Islamic. The people whom took down the towers were bat shit crazy Islamic extremists not your regular Joe schmo off the street, we have those same extremists in every religion, race, etc. The actions of a few doesn't represent the majority. If that were so my Egyptian friend who is Islamic would have been happy to hear his uncle died working in the towers instead he was a mess asking the same questions we all asked when it happened. Just because you don't like something doesn't mean you should ban it or create legislation against it....we already have plenty of politicians doing that to our interests (including 2a). Also, I'm not a liberal, i apologize that i support the liberties that our forefathers fought and died for in order to establish a country that entitles both you and I to our opinions. PS the pissing on the graves of 9/11 statement. i think the government putting this country in the poor house invading a country that had no involvement in 9/11 and lying about it did that already. what we need to do is unite instead of constantly divide.
  2. agreed wolfy, its good to see some people still walk around without blinders
  3. The mosque already exists and has been there for 27 years if you mean the park 51 or cordoba house, it is a community center that they (in my opinion) have all the right to erect. This controversy is racism not patriotism. what makes me sick is that America has yet again taken their eyes off the ball (economy, bail outs, war with no end, etc) and is instead focusing on frivolous BS.
  4. Just to let you know that date was falsely reported to piss people off they never had any intentions of opening on that date....furthermore there were Muslims in the towers during the attacks as well (how quickly we forget). This situation and the biased media coverage resembles Nazi propaganda.
  5. well guys the mosque that a majority of America doesn't want to be built has stood in that location for 27 years. All they're asking for is an additional community center. we have groups in the south burning Qurans because of this. we have the freedom of religion in this country and for people to deny one group for something that was perpetrated by a percent of a percent is just wrong
  6. Thanks guys i really appreciate the kind words you have sent my way.
  7. she was a mutt, half lab half golden retriever. she went so quick. i couldn't even try to hold back the tears when her eyes closed. i definitely cried more for her than most people i knew who passed.
  8. thanks guys i appreciate it...definitely throwing back a few tonight in honor of my pup
  9. Well just got the news from my parents that were putting my dog Sandy down today. We've had this dog for 18 years so to say the least, i'm devastated. We got her when i was six so i really can't imagine not having her around. This SUCKS
  10. does anyone know of anyplace to get them?
  11. buy it. I haven't heard any issues about the model 8. If there is an issue, stag stands by there products and will make things right if that unlikely situation occurs.
  12. Yes and yes...also the model 8 is more than the m&p 15 because its also a dedicated piston rifle. i have a model 2 and love it.. have not had one problem.

    Is this CD good?

i pretty sure they're allowed so long as they carry less than (4 or 6?) rounds. not positive, some one chime in if i'm incorrect.
  14. Never really wanted an sks until now. That rifle looks sweet.
  15. i saw an article on a 7.62 SAW...they should replace the 5.56 SAW with that instead
  16. The ordinance should also force all his bodyguards to not carry as well. Let's see if he feels safe from gun violence....a$$hole!
  17. Ray - you are such a snob. At the end of the day, what equipment does the 100 dollar hooker have that the 10 dollar hooker does not? I'll put my $75 Mossy 500 against your "high dollar" 870 any day of the week and I guarantee you both will operate flawlessly. Let us not forget how much Ray Ray bashed Glocks till he actually fired one.....i bet the same would be said with the mossy.
  18. Had to chance to catch this on TV last night....Its crazy how this kid went from a southern Baptist to a Muslim Jihadist leading a terrorist group in Somalia. Below is a link to the trailer and actual program. Trailer http://current.com/shows/vanguard/92509 ... railer.htm Documentary http://current.com/shows/vanguard/92521 ... jihadi.htm
  19. Agreed, my fid was a little lengthy but id rather someone need to take that extra step in order to get a gun.
  20. it'd be better if they were allowing you to shoot the 16in guns
  21. it depends on who you talk to some argue the removable base plate makes it illegal since the pins or block can be removed.
  22. http://www.nj.com/news/index.ssf/2010/0 ... y_sho.html A 19-year-old Carteret resident set to graduate from the borough high school was shot and killed on his front steps late Tuesday night, his family said. Devon Mbachu was shot in the head in front of his house on the 100 block of Lowell Street, said his mother, Isilma Samuel said. Mbachu was taken to Rahway Hospital where he was pronounced dead, his mother said. A second man suffered a graze wound to the back of his head, the mother said. Police referred all questions to the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office, which has not responded to inquires about the shooting. "My son was supposed to graduate tomorrow from Carteret High School. He had an acceptance letter from Middlesex County College," the saddened mother said in a barely audible voice. Samuel said she moved from Orange to Carteret about four years ago to give son and his brother a better place to live. Mbachu had been in a detention facility last year but had been released. He was going through a re-entry program in New Brunswick called "Rainbow of Hope," said Dina Bowser, president of the program. "He had really turned his life and his attitude around. He was my success story," Bowser said. On Tuesday night, Samuel picked up her son from his job at J.C. Penny in Woodbridge Mall about 10:30 p.m. At home the son quickly looked on his Facebook page on the computer and then rushed outside, Samuel said. He told her that he was just going in front of the house, Samuel said. "I guess he got a message from somebody," the mother said. Samuel said she was in a room with her mother, who came from the Virgin Islands for the high school graduation, when the shots rang out. "Four gunshots. Pop, pop, pop, pop," Samuel said. Then she heard banging on the door, and somebody yelling, "Open the door. Devon's been shot," she said. Vinyl siding was pulled back on the front of the house where police dug bullets out of the wall.
