I recently received an email from the CMP stating that ammo sales are back. $60 for a tin of 192 rds of 30-06. I am not a member but would definitely buy a tin if someone is purchasing?

Pack the fridge with kishka, Doc Brown's celray, cholent and kasha varnishkas. If they are Russian, don't forget the Kvas.

Da. Pickles, eggs, potatoes, carrots, bologna. Lettuce sounds nasty. I had a 5 series before my brother made me total it. I repaired it over the next two years myself but needed something reliable. I got tired of the Focus fast so went back to Bmw.

Thanks guys! It has a one year BMW warranty so I am pretty happy with that. After that, I will get an extended warranty with US Fidelis. Yes, this is route 46 in Lodi. As for parts, yeah, they can be pricey but I plan on doing all maintenance work myself. Parts online can be superior than what your mechanic has and are far less money. I am planning on ordering new rotors, pads and sensors for a whopping $199 with free shipping. I had a cracked water pump housing in the Ford Focus. Firestone. Wanted $800, dealer wanter $1100. Bought the part off ebay and installed it myself. Cost me a total of about $80 and took me 30 minutes.

Sarco has them in stock and on sale, too....$579 :?

Nothing like shooting outdoors. Klara and I took the trip to Blairstown to visit a friend of ours who has a nice bit of land. Saw some Deer, a feral cat and a few hawks. Her new favorite is now a 60's Colt Policeman's Special. I think she also shot a S&W Mod 10.

I met with Padilla on Tuesday to apply for two permits. Great guy!

Sarco is a great place for mil-surp, although there are a few horror stories. Best bet it to go early and take your time looking at everything. I like to go down the isles so I see each one. The bathroom there is appreciated. I plan on buying a cruddy double barrel there to test out my smithing skills, just trying to get myself to make the drive. Also interested in an Enfield and a lever action that is not a 22 or a Marlin...still didn't find one.

So far I have purchased a WASR 10, Taurus M66, Tokarev TT33 and a Nagant revolver online. Nothing but good things. The Nagant and the Tokarev were from J&G. The Tokarev wasn't as good as I was expecting but I reblued it myself which took off all the old cosmoline and surface rust.

I went to Hackensack PD and started the usual permit application process. This time I met with Padilla who told me they received a call from an attorney and I can now apply for more than one permit at a time! :clap: I went ahead and applied for two permits! I am happy to hear one town received the correct information. Is anyone else having the issue I had where they misunderstood the "One Gun a Month" for "One Permit a Month"?
