  1. Yes, if the FFL in Texas was willing to accept the shipment from a non-licensee. It probably would have cost you $50-$60 to ship it though. A few pounds overnight with insurance gets expensive. You need to consider that, the FFL transfer route might actually be the same or cheaper. It's nice to have a FFL as a friend of the family.
  2. What we do is balance a dime on the front sight. Remember to keep a solid support hand.
  3. Look for this button on the upper right. Found it! Was looking on the bottom. Thanks!
  4. That is great and that's coming from a GLOCK guy LOL
  5. Gun for Hire Beleville
  6. Sorry I can't figure out how to quote. This is for coldsolder: So you're saying that I could have shipped the pistol to the FFL in TX without going through an FFL in Jersey? Is that right? Very confusing
  7. Check it out but I believe you cannot ship to an FFL unless you are an FFL. I sold a handgun to an FFL in TX and had to go to an FFL in Jersey and have him ship it. This is for sure. Long guns MAY be a different story, but maybe not.
  8. If you store your stuff in ammo cans you'll be just fine. Both primer and powder is not THAT hydroscopic but you don't want to load in a sauna either. Store your components like you would store your ammo. And keep your stuff away from kids. Don't want little Johnny bringing an empty shell casing to school no less a primer. School being what it is today that primer is an explosive device. Have fun be safe and you can PM me if you need some help.
  9. I use Golden Saber +P in my G17, but have heard to go light on the +P+. Don't think i have a verifiable source and the +P is good enough for me so I just never bothered to look into it more. I know for sure that +P is ok though. Hope you are LEO. No hollow points for self defense in NJ except for LEO.
  10. So I buy 4000 115gr Montana Gold 9mm FMJs. Shipped in a flat rate USPS box. I get a card in the mail to pick it up from the post office(my postwoman is a cute little thing). I pick it up at the PO and the guy say whats in here it says Montana Gold. I told him GOLD 68 pounds in a flat rate box. LOL
  11. Gary Needleman is on retainer to ANJRPC. If you're a member he'll be happy to answer your questions for free. I speak to him once or twice a year. He also has done some personal gun litigation for me and at a reasonable price. As you can tell I think he's a good guy.
  12. (as least compared to Silver Bullet's owner ) Oh yes, Mister personality
