Thanks for the input, only in closing I would remind everyone that while njsp can give their individual personal wisdom, they do not get to decide what is legal or not, that is decided by others and written into the law code books. How we seperate the truth from the you know what is to simply ask for it in writing, if someone cant produce that, well then its just fertilizer. Some write laws,some enforce laws. And yes, when all is said and done, if they consider your paperclip a firearm they can take you in and make your life hell, afterall this is nj.

Actually Im looking for specific legal problems relating to nj law, if any exist with this specific item, the possible problem with slide fire is the stock does have varying length in relationship to the reciever, yes its a stretch, but someone could try to burn you saying its collapseable. The fostech doesnt do that. Anyone else?

Fostech outdoors has a conversion kit, the springless AA2 kit for 10/22 to provide higher rate of fire. Anyone see legal problem with this in nj? Is front vertical grip ok? Owner joe is a great guy, unfortunately when you build a good buisness you want to take time off and let others run the shop thats when problems happen. I SPENT THOUSANDS there, and then one day I go in to put a deposit on a used thousand dollar gun that was put aside for me and the guy behind the counter demands that I produce my firearms id card to leave a deposit he argues that thats the law, well they lost this customer after that.

The most important part of getting permits quickly is the chiefs secretary, find common ground with her, bring your little ones, have your wife chat with her, etc, get creative and stand out from everyone applying, this is what works in most of interactions.

Okay all you experts, would it be okay to have an old style gatling gun with its high capacity drum/feeding chute since I think these are not considered semi autos, by cranking the gun you manually cycle the next round, in the way that a pump or lever action is not a semi. What say you?

Riddle me this, just for fun, how is it legal to to have multiple rifles (nj does consider these guns, right?), which fire full auto (nj law on full auto?) Being shot in a surrounding of people (range rules?) Just think about our screwed up rules and think about the scenerio on the boardwalk.

These guns are not for sale and will not be for sale this year. People that want to sell you one will also sell you a kel tec shotgun. Not for sale, I have no idea why they waste the money on advertising. Doubters are free to specify shops that are selling them, have them in stock, otherwise your just full of it.

Can I use a slidefire stock at the jackson range? If not what ranges allow it? Frankly I hope they all do.
