I have the national match in stainless, best gun I own , I myself prefer the longer barrel over the shorter one but that's just my preference, you wont be disappointed in any of them and there accurate as hell ,
  9. I was wondering if anyone has done there own cerakote , I'm looking to do an ar upper, lower and hand guard . I'm use to doing powder coating on small parts for some other hobbys and It really don't seem all that much different , just wondering if anyone done there own and how did it turn out, John
  10. bhunted the only time I've had any fogging issues if I'm doing a lot sweating and even then its slightly in the back corners just a bit nothing in my line of sight , I don't use any anti fogging on my glasses , which may eliminate it completely
  11. My eye doctor at the time I first got mine carried both Wiley's and Oakley's both make great glasses and run about the same price range for RX. I like the foam seals to keep any glare out and Oakley didn't offer anything like that at the time that I seen so I choose the wiley x and my wife and I been going with them ever since ,
  12. Oh and the removable foam face seals keeps 100% of side glare from coming in I find them more useful for fishing tho then shooting.
  13. I've been using RX wiley x for the past 5 years cant say enough good things about them , It was time for new glasses again so last weekend I got my regular glasses and ordered a 2 sets off Wileys the Wx Boss with amber lens for shooting and the Airrage with blue mirrors for fishing ,

Thanks again all, nice to know that others understand , well today we had our lizzy cremated so she is back home with all the other we have lost thru out the years , For those that may not know the is a place in Hamilton called Pet meadows , Absolute wonderful people you can either have you beloved pet cremated or buried there, if your vet don't use the you can make arrangement's straight thru them. John
  18. Thanks all, its funny how you can tell a true pet owner from someone else , They get it, Lizzy was the last of out 9 original pugs who which were all rescues , she was 16 and the one before that was 18 , but as you say even tho it is the worst part I cant not see us never having a dog in our life .
  19. Fatty sorry also to hear your goin thru it to ............I sit and wonder why a dam parrot can live 60 yrs but a dog only in the teens at most .
  20. Its never easy saying goodbye , one would think after losing 10 dogs you would kinda be able to deal with it but it never gets easy....
