Any bow or xbow you buy has more then enough power to kill deer I shoot both, with a good shot placement you can drop a deer with a 45lb draw weight bow , moist people like the a higher lb bow to bust thru shoulder bone , for broad heads I like the tried and true muzzy 3 blade fixed , they been around forever for a simple reason THEY WORK EVERY TIME , I had a few lost deer with the expandable broad heads for the simple reason they did not open and your basically shooting a field point .

Sar 2 are NJ compliant I've bought 2 off of gun broker ,you can have a dealer order an arsenal in 5.45 but there pricey around $1300 I paid around $500 each for the Sar2 s

I was surfing a few forums on long range rifle shooting and I seems like theres a narrow selection of rounds most people use 6.5 308 300 win 338 I have an American standard cartridge poster in front of my computer and there's a lot of different rifle rounds and was wondering why out of all those different types of rounds why are only a handful mostly used for long range shooting. ????

It was easier dealing with the passing of my father then losing my 9 pugs over the years least with a person you can tell them what they mean to you , Sorry for your loss its does get better but I know how ya feel man.

I have a tikka t3 lite in 270 but xlr does not carry a evolution stock for long action for tikka only short action 223/308 I do love how smooth the action is on the tikka , to many dam choices LOL

T bill , thanks for the info so I can start off with something like the sps varmint and build from there.

Since getting a ruger precision might take some time for shops to get them I been looking at other options to get start with . I want to get an xlr evolution chassis and trying to decide what Remington 700 to go with . since I belong to CJRPC 300 yrds is the most ill be shooting . so what model would you guys recommend and would you go with the 308 or 223 .thanks for your guys input John

You would think that most of the gun shops around here in NJ have been here for a long time and im sure has been buying from ruger for just as long seem odd that none of the long time gun shops can get any one would think they would allocate a few to each instead of one shop getting a bunch and others nothing .

Is the demand that high or are they slow on production called several NJ stores and a few in PA and basically told the same thing been on order and don't know when they might get them in.
