I'm a member there and I think that might be some bad advice. Especially after the parking lot was redone there is hardly any room now to park especially when there is a tournament. I'm not sure they want random people just showing up to take part in their tournaments... Last summer was the last time they took in new members. And with the wait list now pretty long, if you are not already on the wait list I don't think you would be able to join anytime in the near future...

Could you block 30 round AR mags to 15 rounds that are not Pmags?

I found a buyer for a firearm I was selling online and the person happens to be in NJ and local. I neve did a face to face sale before. Do I just have to make sure they have a NJFID? Would it be smarter to just go through a dealer anyway?

Last time I was at Fort Dix with the new rules an RO was busting my balls during the cease fire becasue even though I had a safety flag in the action of my rifle the bolt was closed. The guy insisted I keep it open but I had to explain that my BAR doesn't allow me to keep the bolt open! I started going there in 2004 and it has gone downhill since. It's always crowded and the RO's are always busting balls. Luckily I've since joined a private range...

I called Atlantic Tactical. They said company policy is to charge $25 for NICS. Lucky for me I did get a great price on my pistol, a price alot cheaper than what I'm seeing online so I still made out good....

I got a handgun at Atlantic Tactical last week and just today I looked at the receipt. I noticed I was charged $25 for the NICS fee? Does that make any sense? Maybe the store just charged me the wrong price by accident? Or did that fee go up?

I never heard of this range either. I just shoot at Fort Dix a few times a year as I have no time to be bothered with being forced to participate in matches and go through all these hoops to become a member. Does this range require you to attend matches or anything before you can join?
