  1. Just installed the pistol grip for X95. Anyone else have a slight gap on the trigger guard end or did I install it wrong?
  2. Nice! Yeah I'm keeping both SAR and x95. They're both two different rifles to me.
  3. Getting ready to remove hand grip on x95, does the screw holding in place have factory locktite on it? I believe the butt pad does correct? Any other tips for replacing grip please let me know
  4. That's due to equal weight distribution and balance in a compact firearm. I agree though it points so natural.
  5. Only thing I'm surprised and concerned with is the polymer rails on the hand guard.
  6. Good eye! Thank you, fixed.
  7. Have both AR and Tavor SAR and X95. If you already have an AR, I'd absolutely go with Tavor. I was actually in your position not too long ago. I was considering Daniel Defense AR15 or X95. Ended up going with X95. Love bullpup design, short compact yet full 16in barrel. Since youre Isralian by ethnicity, I would get a Tavor. Btw check out the official Tavor thread: http://www.njgunforums.com/forum/index.php/topic/85793-official-iwi-tavor-thread/
  8. Anything else to add on first post? Tried to put stuff on there thats good for reference. And of course, this thread is useless without pics! Heres mine:

  10. Yes Bullpups do rock. Small compact but retaining the barrel length. I have KSG, Tavor Tar21, and Tavor X95. I'm keeping my eyes open with desert tech stuff. Anyway I think as time goes on bullpups will get more and more popular. Is there a way to get a sub-forum for that on here or should we just start an official thread? I believe theres now two Tavor threads that I keep my eye on. Would be easier to just monitor one thread for updates, news and products, ect. I dont mind starting the thread if you guys agree.
  11. I feel like we need an official Tavor thread. Edit: Or sub-forum for bullpups
  12. Not sure what optic. Got a recommendation ?
  13. Thanks to this thread just went out and got myself a X95. Wanted OD Green but didnt have in stock. Went with FDE.
  14. Any noticeable difference with comfort?
  15. Hows the NJ version stock? Pinned, no foldable is right?
  16. You guys should post pics. Thinking of one as well. Hows the stock on it..does it have to be pinned?
  17. Would this be legal in NJ? https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1018339425/polymer80-pf940cv1-80-pct-pistol-frame-kit-glock-19-23-32-polymer
  18. Not new to the process, have gotten few permits in the past years. My question is, will they ever go away with the pistol permit process? Is NJ the only stupid state to do this? It can get very annoying have to wait 2-3mo, bothering two reference and sometimes having the employer called and verified. I'd gladly have 7 day wait than having to go through all that just for a pistol. Still kind of want a wheel gun for range fun but I feel annoyed thinking about the process and the wait just to get one.
  19. So is X95 the Tavor replacement? Functionality, does the X95 beat the Tavor? Is there any reason to get the Tavor over X95?
  20. Read page 1 with issue of the employees asking for FPID prior to handing over the firearm. Ian who I first dealt with never asked me..though everyone else there did. Also the short stocky guy can be annoying who thinks he is a big shot around there. Heard he can be a PITA in the range which is the only thing stopping me from getting a membership there.
  21. Does anyone have picture with x95 without the rail covers?
  22. Anyone here from Mays Landing area? Wondering how long the process is, especially for pistol permits.
  23. If you use froglube, might as well just buy coconut oil and save some extra money.
