He gets hung up on non PTC holders can get charged with more crimes if they commit a crime.  I'm ok with that, otherwise whats the point of going through the process of getting a PTC (training + education).  

It contains 2 restrictions that have already been determined to be unconstitutional by other states.

1) Not being able to carry in religous places (NY tried it and got shot down)

2) Requiring express permission to carry on private property (NJ tried it and got shot down).  

Also states that if you carry where there are no gun signs, you are only guilty of tresspassing and not a gun crime.
